摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide a radio access control method. The method includes that a terminal device receives access control information sent by an access network device, wherein the access control information indicates a barred service type and a barred data transmission attribute to the terminal device; and the terminal device determines whether to send a radio resource control (RRC) connection request to the access network device based on the barred service type and the barred data transmission attribute; wherein the data transmission attribute comprises a transmission scheme type, the transmission scheme type is used to indicate a transmission scheme used by the terminal device for transmitting service data used by the terminal device. Thereby improving network resource utilization.

摘要: Embodiments of the present application provide a data transmission method, and the method is used for communication between UE and a base station on an unlicensed spectrum. The method includes: sending, by the UE, a data packet to the base station and starting a timer during a current COD of the base station; determining a first end moment of the current COD; pausing the timer at the first end moment; determining a second end moment of an LP in a next COD of the base station; resuming the timer at the second end moment; and receiving, before the resumed timer expires, a response message from the base station. In the embodiments of the present application, the UE suspends the timer at the end moment of the previous COD and resumes the timer at the end moment of the LP of the next COD.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for receiving D2D discovery information and an apparatus. The method for receiving D2D discovery information includes: sending, by an upper layer of a radio resource control RRC layer of a D2D communication device, a first instruction to a physical layer of the D2D communication device, where the first instruction is used to instruct the physical layer to switch from a D2D sleep state to a D2D listening state; and receiving, by the physical layer of the D2D communication device, the first instruction and switching from the D2D sleep state to the D2D listening state according to the first instruction, to listen to D2D discovery information. This reduces power consumption of the D2D communication device and prolongs a standby time of the D2D communication device.

The method includes: classifying at least two RLC entities included in a sending node as at least one first RLC entity and one second RLC entity, where all the RLC entities are associated with a PDCP entity included in the sending node; and in a case in which a buffer of the first RLC entity includes to-be-sent data, generating a first buffer status report BSR based on a size of the to-be-sent data in the buffer of the first RLC entity, and sending the generated first BSR to a receiving node corresponding to the first RLC entity. By classification of the first RLC entity and the second RLC entity, the second RLC entity is exclusively associated with buffer status reporting of the PDCP entity.
