摘要: A base station is provided which notifies a mobile station of transmission power information for an uplink RACH, the mobile station transmits transmission delay estimation information on the RACH to the base station over the RACH at a transmission power based on the transmission power information, and the base station changes the transmission power information according to the transmission delay estimation information and notifies the mobile station of the changed transmission power information. The mobile station retransmits data or a preamble if the mobile station does not receive a notification that the base station has received the data or the preamble correctly after a predetermined time. The base station transmits the transmission power information over a BCH and a CPICH transmitted to a plurality of mobile stations.

摘要: A method and apparatus is provided, where a respective reference signal associated with each of one or more downlink transmit antenna ports in a wireless communication network is received. A value is determined for each of one or more measurable characteristics relative to each of the received reference signals. One or more parameters are received, the parameters including one or more adjustments, where each adjustment is specific to one of the downlink transmit antenna ports and include adjustments in the form of one or more respective offset values to be applied to at least some of the one or more determined values of the measurable characteristics of the received reference signals. At least one downlink transmit antenna port is then to function as a serving downlink transmit antenna port for the user equipment, based upon a comparison of the resulting values of the measurable characteristics of the received reference signals after the received one or more adjustments have been applied to the corresponding determined values.

摘要: In a non-terrestrial network, the delay in reception time may prevent reception of a random access preamble. A combination of increasing transmit power and changing the timing with which the random access preamble is transmitted may enable reception of the random access preamble. One or more criteria may be used to determine whether the timing advance value with which the random access preamble is transmitted should be changed before retransmission is attempted.

摘要: In the present specification, provided are an apparatus and a method for obtaining gradient information, performed by a terminal, in a wireless communication system, wherein the terminal transmits a random access (RA) preamble to a base station, receives a random access response (RAR) from the base station in response to the RA preamble, performs a radio resource control (RRC) connection procedure with the base station, establishes a digital transmission link on the basis of the RRC connection procedure with the base station, and establishes an airComp link that is a link for federated learning with the base station, wherein the terminal acquires the gradient information corresponding to data, and the terminal obtains first information and second information from the gradient information on the basis of data splitting modulation, wherein the first information is information having a lower priority among the information obtained on the basis of the gradient information, the second information is information having a high priority among the information obtained on the basis of the gradient information, the terminal transmits the first information to the base station on a first area, and the terminal transmits the second information to the base station on a second area, wherein the first area is an area distinct from the second area in terms of a frequency domain and a time domain, the first area is a resource area used on the airComp link, and the second region is a resource area used on a digital transmission link.

摘要: A method of operating multiple time alignment timers (TimeAlignmentTimer) is provided for facilitating communication between and evolved Node B (eNB) and a User Equipment (UE) in a Long Term Evolution (LTE) system supporting multiple carriers. The method includes starting a first TAT of a first group including the primary cell, starting a second TAT when Timing Advance (TA) information on a second group not including the primary cell is received; and determining transmission of at least one of a Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request Acknowledgement/Negative-acknowledgement (HARQ ACK/NACK), a physical uplink control channel, and a sounding reference signal according to a start and an expiration of at least one of the first and second TATs.

摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for controlling uplink transmission power in a multiple element carrier wave system. The method for controlling uplink transmission power by a terminal in a multiple element carrier wave system includes the steps of: generating an uplink signal to be transmitted in a first serving cell; receiving, from a base station, random access start information for commanding the start of a random access procedure for a second serving cell; calculating the estimated surplus power from first transmission power scheduled for an uplink signal transmission, and second transmission power scheduled for a transmission of a PRACH to which a random access preamble is mapped; and when the estimated surplus power is smaller than a threshold power, adjusting the first transmission power or the second transmission power on the basis of power allocation priority.
