The present disclosure relates to an apparatus and method for operating in a wireless communication system which supports SoftV2X communication, the method comprising the operations of: receiving status information including sensor values of a second apparatus; and transmitting information about a road hazard situation detected on the basis of the sensor values, wherein the road hazard situation is detected on the basis of 1) change amounts between a first point in time at which change amounts of the sensor values are greater than a threshold and a second point in time at which the change amounts are back to or below the threshold, and 2) the similarity between the sensor values before the first point in time and after the second point in time.

According to various embodiments, disclosed are a method for controlling vehicle driving at a particular interval by a first device in a wireless communication system supporting a sidelink, and a device therefor. Disclosed are the method and the device for the method, the method comprising the steps of: transmitting a first signal requesting standby for entrance to the particular interval; receiving a second signal in response to the first signal from each of multiple vehicles; and transmitting, on the basis of the second signal, a third signal for instructing entrance to the particular interval, wherein the first device groups vehicles, which have been on standby for entrance for a first threshold time or more, among the multiple vehicles, into a first group, on the basis of information on an entrance standby time point according to the first signal included in the second signal, and the third signal is transmitted to the first group on the basis of whether a group size of the first group is equal to or larger than a first threshold size and whether group information is received from a second device.

Disclosed is a method in which a first vehicle transmits a message in a wireless communication system. In the method, a message is generated on the basis of a user input with respect to a steering apparatus of the first vehicle, and the generated message is transmitted to at least one second vehicle present near the first vehicle by means of the wireless communication system on the basis of a transmission direction and transmission width for the message. The transmission direction and transmission width are determined on the basis of the user input.

A method by which a terminal receives a signal in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method can comprise: receiving first information about a parking space from the infrastructure of a parking lot; generating second information for parking in the parking lot, on the basis of the first information; and transmitting the second information to a vehicle having established a communication link with the terminal. In addition, the first information can include spatial coordinates and a virtual parking line of the parking space.

According to the present specification, a collective perception service message (CPM) division method by a first V2X communication device may comprise the steps of: acquiring data related to neighboring objects; generating a CPM including data related to the neighboring objects by using data related to the neighboring objects; on the basis of a sorting type configured in the first V2X communication device, dividing the CPM when the size of the CPM exceeds a configured maximum transmission unit (MTU); and transmitting the divided CPM to a second V2X communication device, wherein the sorting type may be configured to partition an area in which the neighboring objects are located, by using calculated location information of the neighboring objects, with reference to a location of the first V2X communication device and on the basis of the CPM.

Disclosed is a method by which a V2X communication device for a vehicle transmits a CPM message. The method for transmitting the CPM message comprises the steps of: determining a transmission mode of the CPM message for generating a collective perception for at least one object detected by the V2X communication device; and transmitting the CPM message on the basis of the transmission mode. The CPM message corresponds to a dynamic CPM message for transmitting dynamic data or a full CPM message for transmitting the dynamic data and static data, wherein the dynamic CPM message can include a dynamic container containing the dynamic data, and the full CPM message can include the dynamic container containing the dynamic data and the static container containing static data.
