摘要: Tracking devices can be associated with safe zones, smart zones, and high risk zones. Safe zones correspond to regions where a likelihood that a tracking device is lost within the safe zone is lower than outside the safe zone. High risk zones correspond to regions where a likelihood that a tracking device is lost within the high risk zone is higher than outside the high risk zone. Smart zones correspond to an expected tracking device, mobile device, or user behavior. Home areas are geographic regions in which a user resides, and travel areas are geographic regions in which a user does not reside. A tracking device can be configured to operate in a mode selected based on a presence of the tracking device within a safe zone, a smart zone, a high risk zone, a home area, or a travel area.

摘要: In one embodiment of the present invention, a method for enabling a UDM (Unified Data Management) to perform a registration related procedure of an AMF (Access and Mobility Management Function) in a wireless communication system comprises the steps of: receiving, by the UDM, a message related to serving AMF registration of a UE, which includes access type information and ID (Identity) information, from a first AMF; transmitting, by the UDM, a deregistration related message to a second AMF when the second AMF exists, wherein the second AMF is registered as a serving AMF of the UE and related to the access type information.

摘要: A network device in a Multi-Access Edge Computing (MEC) cluster is configured to: receive, from a wireless station, information associated with a User Equipment (UE) device that is wirelessly attached to a network through the wireless station and estimate a first time interval to complete a task for the UE device based on the information. If the first time interval is less than a threshold time interval, the processor is to: signal, through the wireless station, to the UE device to be in a connected state; execute the task; and send a result of the execution, through the wireless station, to the UE device.

摘要: Certain aspects of the present disclosure relate to methods and apparatus for enhanced user equipment (UE) capability exchange for transitioning a connection from a first radio access technology system to a second radio access technology system. An exemplary method performed by a UE includes communicating with a first base station (BS) via a connection of a first radio access technology (RAT), determining, based on the first RAT, to omit a set of capabilities of the UE from capabilities information of the UE regarding a second RAT, transmitting the capabilities information of the UE regarding the second RAT to the first BS via the first RAT, communicating with a second BS via the second RAT according to the capabilities information, and sending an update of the capabilities information of the UE regarding the second RAT via the second RAT.

摘要: A method and device for accessing and obtaining user equipment (UE) context and UE identity are provided. The method for access includes: when a UE accesses a System Architecture Evolution (SAE) network, judging, by a network node, whether a Globally Unique Mobility Management Entity Identifier (GUMMEI) carried by the UE or a Mobility Management Entity Group Identity (MMEGI) in the GUMMEI is allocated or mapped by the SAE network; if the GUMMEI or MMEGI is allocated by the SAE network, selecting, by the network node, a Mobility Management Entity (MME) according to the GUMMEIA network device includes an identity attribute obtaining module and a network resource node allocation module. 摘要: A network device receives a location update message from a mobile network switch. The location update message indicates that a mobile device is registered with the mobile network switch. The location update message includes an international mobile subscriber identity (IMSI) associated with the mobile device. The network device determines, based at least on the IMSI, a plurality of MSISDNs associated with the mobile device, including a first MSISDN that is enabled for calling and a second MSISDN that is not enabled for calling. The network device transmits, in response to the location update message, subscriber data to a database associated with the mobile network switch, which associates the IMSI with the first MSISDN.

摘要: A method and system for presenting location-based alerts on mobile devices is discussed. The method includes tracking user locations of users based on mobile device locations of mobile devices associated with the users. The mobile device locations can be determined based on location data transmissions from the mobile devices, with respective transmission lengths based on user preferences. The method includes presenting an interactive map interface for display on a first mobile device of a first user. The interactive map interface can display, based on the tracking, names of locations and the user locations. The interactive map interface can display pictures, each associated with a respective location or a user. In response to a determination, based on the tracking, that a second mobile device of a second user has arrived at a location defined by a geofence, a location notification can be pushed to the first mobile device.
