摘要: Examples described herein includes an apparatus comprising: a network interface configured to: receive a request to copy data from a local memory to a remote memory; based on a configuration that the network interface is to manage a cache store the data into the cache and record that the data is stored in the cache. In some examples, store the data in the cache comprises store most recently evicted data from the local memory into the cache. In some examples, the network interface is to store data evicted from the local memory that is not stored into the cache into one or more remote memories.

摘要: One example method occurs at a switching fabric emulator providing an emulated switching fabric comprising emulated switching elements and associated packet queues, wherein the switching fabric emulator comprises at least one switching application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) or programmable switching chip, the method comprising: during a test session: receiving, via at least a first physical port of the switching fabric emulator, packets from or to a system under test (SUT); detecting an occurrence of a dropped packet that happens while the packet is traversing the emulated switching fabric; encapsulating dropped packet data associated with the dropped packet, wherein the encapsulated dropped packet data indicates an emulated switching element or packet queue contributing to the occurrence of the dropped packet; and providing the encapsulated dropped packet data to an analyzer.

摘要: Disclosed are systems and methods for steering network traffic over different access networks based on a classification of the network traffic. A first access network provides a first network path between a client device and a destination network and a second access network provides a second network path between the client device and the destination network. The access networks have different characteristics, such as latency or available bandwidth. A traffic classifier receives network messages and assigns classifications to the received network messages. A policy enforcer determines routes for individual network messages. The determined route is based at least in part on the classification assigned by the traffic classifier.

摘要: Some embodiments of the invention provide a data-plane forwarding circuit (data plane) that can be configured to provide protection from a SYN-flood denial of service attack by validating a source of a SYN data messages before allowing future messages to be forwarded to a protected server. To perform its forwarding operations, the data plane includes several data message processing stages that are configured to process the data tuples associated with the data messages received by the data plane. In some embodiments, parts of the data plane message-processing stages are also configured to operate as a connection-validation circuit that includes (1) a SYN-processing circuit to process SYN data messages received by the data plane, and (2) an ACK-processing circuit to process ACK data messages received by the data plane.

The controller is configured to direct a first set of the vehicle devices to communicate using time sensitive communications, a different, second set of the vehicle devices to communicate using best effort communications, and a different, third set of the vehicle devices to communicate using rate constrained communications.
