摘要: A method of manufacturing bulked continuous carpet filament which, in various embodiments, comprises: (A) grinding recycled PET bottles into a group of flakes; (B) washing the flakes; (C) identifying and removing impurities, including impure flakes, from the group of flakes; (D) passing the group of flakes through an MRS extruder while maintaining the pressure within the MRS portion of the MRS extruder below about 1.5 millibars; (E) passing the resulting polymer melt through at least one filter having a micron rating of less than about 50 microns; and (F) forming the recycled polymer into bulked continuous carpet filament that consists essentially of recycled PET.

摘要: Provided is a method for producing a shaping material that contains a cyclic olefin polymer and has a low content of a volatile impurity. This method for producing a shaping material is a method which includes passing a raw-material resin in a molten state through an extruder to produce a shaping material, and in which the extruder is equipped with a cylinder, a screw housed within the cylinder, a resin introduction port for introducing the raw-material resin into the cylinder, a resin discharge port for discharging the molten resin from the cylinder, a fluid injection port for injecting carbon dioxide or water into the cylinder between the resin introduction port and the resin discharge port, and a fluid discharge port for removing fluid in the cylinder by suction downstream of the fluid injection port and between the resin introduction port and the resin discharge port.

摘要: A method of manufacturing bulked continuous carpet filament from recycled polymer. In various embodiments, the method includes: (1) reducing recycled polymer material into polymer flakes; (2) cleansing the polymer flakes; (3) melting the flakes into a polymer melt; (4) removing water and contaminants from the polymer melt by dividing the polymer melt into a plurality of polymer streams and exposing those streams to pressures below 25 millibars or another predetermined pressure; (5) recombining the streams; and (6) using the resulting purified polymer to produce bulked continuous carpet filament.

The simulation performance of the bionic digestive tract is excellent, has strong consistency with a true human digestive tract in terms of performance, structure and function, can simulate the true states of food, drugs and microorganisms in a digestive system, and has great application prospects in the research process of food and drugs.

摘要: A molding method for producing a screw drill stator using an elastomer material includes: S1. sequentially roughening, cleaning and drying an inner surface of the stator tube; mixing an adhesive and a diluent, coating the mixture obtained on the inner surface, and heating it for later use; S2, uniformly coating a mold release agent on a surface of a mandrel mold, and heating or drying it naturally for later use; S3. assembling the processed stator tube and the processed mandrel mold to obtain an assembled mold; S4. performing a vacuum defoaming under negative pressure on a mixture obtained by uniformly mixing a prepolymer of the elastomer material with a defoaming agent; S5. uniformly mixing the defoamed prepolymer of the elastomer material with a curing agent, and pouring the obtained mixture into the assembled mold, sealing and curing the poured assembled mold by hierarchical heating to obtain the stator.

A method of forming a Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) alloy having talc includes: providing a feed of the PET/talc mixture (PET/talc feed); providing a feed of PET (PET feed); mixing the feed of PET with the feed of PET/talc in a mixer to form a PET alloy having from about 1% (w/w) talc to about 50% talc (w/w); and providing the PET alloy as output.

摘要: Processes and apparatuses for producing polymer particles with a solid state polycondensation reactor and an underwater pelletization unit. The apparatuses use a pre-conditioning zone to adjust a temperature, crystallization in addition to dust, acetaldehyde and water content of the particles from a crystallization bin. Various inert gas streams can be provided from a purification unit to remove dust, acetaldehyde, water and adjust temperature and crystallinity of the particles, as also move the particles. The precondition zones have stages that allow for the particles to accurately achieve the desired SSP reactor inlet conditions.

The preform also includes first and second tethers, with each tether being attached at a respective first end thereof to a respective one of the first connection points and having a respective second end thereof terminating in at least one of: a respective loop tied at the respective second end, a respective knot tied at the respective second end, a respective graspable member to which the respective second end is connected, and an attachment to a respective second connection point located along a perimeter of the sheet. A method and mold for molding a reinforced preform are also disclosed.
