摘要: Methods of applying an inorganic material to a metal substrate that includes a metallic material having an austenite transformation temperature. The method includes depositing inorganic particles onto a surface of the metal substrate. In some embodiments, methods may include depositing inorganic particles at a deposition temperature that does not cause the metallic material to exceed the austenite transformation temperature. The inorganic particles deposited onto the surface of the metal substrate may form an abrasion-resistant coating on the surface of the metal substrate. The difference between the coefficient of thermal expansion of the metallic material and the coefficient of thermal expansion of the abrasion-resistant coating may be 10×10−6/degrees C. or less.

摘要: Novel aluminum alloys are provided for use in an impact extrusion manufacturing process to create shaped containers and other articles of manufacture. In one embodiment blends of recycled scrap aluminum are used in conjunction with relatively pure aluminum to create novel compositions which may be formed and shaped in an environmentally friendly process. Other embodiments include methods for manufacturing a slug material comprising mixtures of aluminum alloys for use in the impact extraction process, a container manufactured using the aluminum alloy in an impact extrusion process, and the container, wherein the material of the container is the aluminum alloy.

摘要: A load binder includes a U-shaped bracket, a pawl member, a ratchet wheel, a ratchet wheel module, a spool, and a driving shaft structure. The spool is disposed in the U-shaped bracket which has a first through hole and a second through hole. The spool has a first locking groove and a second locking groove. The pawl member is rotatably connected with the U-shaped bracket and meshes with the ratchet wheel. The ratchet wheel module is connected with the ratchet wheel and passes through the first through hole into the first locking groove. The ratchet wheel module is soldered to the spool and rotatably connected with the U-shaped bracket. The driving shaft structure passes through the second through hole into the second locking groove. The driving shaft structure is soldered to the spool and rotatably connected with the U-shaped bracket. A method is used for manufacturing the load binder.
