摘要： A bead forming method includes the steps of preparing a bumper stay having a partition wall that partitions an internal space and extends in a longitudinal direction, an elastic body that can be inserted into the bumper stay, and a pusher that presses the elastic body; inserting the elastic body into the bumper stay and arranging the elastic body in the bumper stay so as not to come into contact with the partition wall; and forming a buckling bead by compressing the elastic body in the longitudinal direction of the bumper stay by the pusher to expand the elastic body outward in a radial direction without coming into contact with the partition wall, thereby bulging a part of an outer wall of the bumper stay outward in the radial direction without deforming the partition wall.

摘要： A mobile pipe fusion assembly system includes a fusion machine skid comprising a flat cross-sectional area whereon a pipe fusion machine rests, a forward skid comprising a flat cross-sectional area whereon a first pipe stand rests, and a rear skid comprising a flat cross-sectional area whereon a second pipe stand rests. The fusion machine skid is coupled to the forward skid by a first coupling. The fusion machine skid is coupled to the rear skid by a second coupling. The system is configured such that when the forward skid is pulled along a length of the pipe, the forward skid pulls the fusion machine skid via the first coupling and the fusion machine skid pulls the rear skid via the second coupling.

摘要： A housing of a radial press has a casing section and an annular end-face support disc. An annular structure is movably guided in the housing along a press axis, and multiple press jaws arranged about the press axis are supported on the support disc so as to be movably guided in the radial direction. The annular structure acts on the press jaws by means of control surfaces which are inclined relative to the press axis and which lie against press jaw counter surfaces designed in the form of sliding surfaces. The end face of the ring structure facing the support disc is designed with axial protrusions. Each control surface protrudes into the radial inner surface of one such protrusion, and the support disc has recesses which are paired with the protrusions and into which the protrusions enter when the radial press is closed.
