摘要: Provided is a sintered R-T-B based magnet having high Br and high HcJ. A sintered R-T-B based magnet containing: R: 26.8 mass % or more and 31.5 mass % or less (R is a rare earth element, and necessarily contains Pr); M: 0.05 mass % or more and 2.00 mass % or less (M is at least one selected from the group consisting of Ga, Cu, Zn, Al, and Si, and necessarily contains Cu); B: 0.84 mass % or more and 0.94 mass % or less; and T: 61.5 mass % or more (T is Fe and Co, and 90% or more of T is Fe in mass ratio), and having an internal structure, wherein the internal structure includes: crystal grains; a first phase between adjacent two crystal grains; and a second phase with Cu and Pr concentrations higher than those of the first phase between the first phase and one or each of the two crystal grains and, wherein the second phase contains Pr of 20 mass % or more 65 mass % or less.

摘要: A method of preparing a magnet powder, and a magnet powder, are disclosed. The method includes: preparing a neodymium praseodymium (Nd, Pr) mixed oxide containing Nd and Pr; preparing iron (Fe) oxide; preparing boron (B) oxide; mixing the prepared (Nd, Pr) mixed oxide, iron oxide, and boron oxide to prepare a first mixture; mixing the first mixture with calcium (Ca) to prepare a second mixture; inducing diffusion while shaping and pressing the second mixture; reducing the shaped and pressed second mixture to prepare a magnetic substance containing Nd, Fe, and B; powdering the reduced magnetic substance; and removing reduction by-products from the powdered magnetic substance.

摘要: Provided is a sintered bearing formed mainly of an iron structure (33) and a copper structure (31) which are formed of a partially diffusion-alloyed powder (11) of an iron powder (12) and a copper powder (13). The sintered bearing includes a copper structure (31d) formed of a granular elemental copper powder (13′) having a grain diameter of 45 μm or less, the ratio of the copper structure (31d) being 10 mass % or less. With this, a further increase in strength of the sintered bearing can be realized.

摘要: A soft magnetic material that is sheet-shaped or foil-shaped and has a high saturation magnetic flux density, contains iron, carbon, and nitrogen, and includes a martensite containing carbon and nitrogen, and γ-Fe, wherein the γ-Fe includes a nitrogen-containing phase. The soft magnetic material is produced by steps of heating an iron-based material that is sheet-shaped or foil-shaped, carburizing the iron-based material with a carburizing gas, dispersing a granular carbide in α-Fe in the iron-based material at a temperature equal to or lower than a eutectoid temperature, transforming the α-Fe into γ-Fe at a temperature higher than the eutectoid temperature, diffusing nitrogen into the γ-Fe using a nitrogen supply gas to form γ-Fe—N—C, and rapidly heating and then rapidly cooling the γ-Fe—N—C to transform the γ-Fe—N—C into a martensite. The result is a thermally stable soft magnetic material having a saturation magnetic flux density higher than that of pure iron.

An average size of martensite-austenite (MA) in the bainite is 0.35 to 0.55 μm.
