摘要: Disclosed are an R-T-B magnet and a preparation method therefor. The R-T-B magnet comprises the following components: R≥29 wt. %, R being a rare earth element and containing Nd, wherein Nd is ≥22 wt. %; 0.2-0.75 wt. % of Ti+Nb; 0.05-0.45 wt. % of Cu; 0.955-1.15 wt. % of B; and 58-69 wt. % of Fe, wherein wt. % is the ratio of the mass of each component to the total mass of the components; and the mass ratio of Ti to Nb is (1-5):1. According to the present invention, the matching relationship among the added elements in the R-T-B magnet is further optimized, and an R-T-B magnet with better magnetic properties such as relatively high residual magnetization, coercivity, and squareness can be prepared by using the formula.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a low-carbon nitrogen-containing austenitic stainless steel bar sequentially includes smelting, electroslag remelting, and forging. During electroslag remelting, the steel ingot obtained in the smelting process is used as an electrode bar of the electroslag furnace and is remelted with specific slag and crystallized. The specific slag comprises CaF2 (65-70%), Al2O3 (15-20%), CaO (5-10%) and MgO (2-5%) in percentage by weight. Specific forging methods, including upsetting-and-drawing and radial forging, are used. In upsetting-and-drawing, the pass deformation is less than 35%, the pass reduction is 50-80 mm, the pass heating temperature is 1130-1150° C., and the pass deformation method is ellipse-ellipse-circle. The method can obtain the low-carbon high-strength nitrogen-containing austenitic stainless steel with uniformly distributed chemical composition, high purity and high strength.

摘要: The present invention discloses a steel for bolts, which comprises the following chemical elements in percentage by mass in addition to Fe and inevitable impurities: C: 0.37 to 0.45%; Si: 0.01 to 0.08%; Mn: 0.45 to 0.80%; Cr: 0.90 to 1.30%; Mo: 0.20 to 0.45%; Ni: 0.10 to 0.30%; V: 0.15 to 0.30%; and Al: 0.015 to 0.035%. The present invention further discloses a method for manufacturing the steel for bolts, which comprises the following steps: (1) smelting; (2) casting; (3) rough rolling; (4) high-speed wire rolling; (5) Stelmor controlled cooling; and (6) heat treatment, wherein the holding temperature of spheroidizing heat treatment is 760 to 790° C. and the holding time is 4 to 12 h, followed by a slow cooling process after the holding with a cooling speed of lower than 40° C./h. The drawing area reduction rate of a coil rod is controlled to 5 to 30%. The heating temperature of quenching and tempering heat treatment is 850 to 950° C. The tempering temperature is 500 to 600° C. The steel for bolts disclosed in the present invention has a uniform structure and performance, has low production costs, and has high strength and good delayed fracture resistance.

摘要: To provide a steel sheet with a tensile strength of 1310 MPa or more that can achieve excellent press formability in a steel having a martensite-dominant microstructure with excellent delayed fracture resistance properties. Disclosed is a steel sheet including: a chemical composition containing, by mass %, C: 0.12-0.40%, Si: 1.5% or less, Mn: more than 1.7% and 3.5% or less, P: 0.05% or less, S: 0.010% or less, sol.Al: 1.00% or less, N: 0.010% or less, Ti: 0.002-0.080%, and B: 0.0002-0.0050%, with the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities; a metallic structure in which an area ratio of martensite to an entire microstructure is 85% or more, and a ratio LS/LB satisfies a predetermined formula (1), where LS denotes a length of a sub-block boundary and LB denotes a length of a block boundary; and a tensile strength of 1310 MPa or more.

摘要: A method for determining the temperature of a metal strip (1) inside a cooling apparatus (4) of a hot rolling installation is implemented by an electronic device (12). This method includes acquiring a temperature measure of a strip portion at a current time instant; estimating, at the current time instant, a heat flux extracted from the strip portion inside the cooling apparatus according to a thermal model, and computing a strip portion temperature at a next time instant from the acquired temperature measure and the estimated extracted heat flux. The thermal model models an air cooling of the strip portion, a coolant header cooling of the strip portion by a coolant header and a remaining coolant cooling of the strip portion, wherein for the coolant header cooling the model models both an impingement cooling of the strip portion and a parallel flow cooling of the strip portion.

摘要: One aspect of this invention relates to a method for producing a carbide-free bainite and retained austenite steel. The method includes providing an iron alloy containing a composition designed according to property objectives of the carbide-free bainite and retained austenite steel; heat-treating the alloy to a temperature above a temperature at which a transformation from ferrite into austenite is finished; succeedingly quenching the heat-treated alloy to a bainite region at a temperature between a first temperature at which a martensitic transformation starts in the alloy and a second temperature at which a coupled diffusional/displacive bainitic transformation starts the alloy; and optimally cooling the quenched alloy to form to form the carbide-free bainite and retained austenite steel that meets the property objectives, with a cooling ratio precisely controlled so that the temperature of the alloy continues to be slightly above the first temperature which keeps decreasing during the optimally cooling step.

The steel has a tensile strength of 950-1550 MPa, a yield strength of 350-1400 MPa, a yield ratio≥0.35, and Ri/t≤4. The microstructure includes ≥40 tempered martensite+bainite, ≤30 fresh martensite, 5-20 retained austenite, and ≤35 polygonal ferrite. The hydrogen concentration is less than 0.2 ppm in the steel.
