摘要: The present disclosure relates to a high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel sheet having excellent surface quality and electrical resistance spot weldability, and a method for manufacturing the same. A galvanized steel sheet according to an aspect of the present disclosure is a galvanized steel sheet including a base steel sheet and a zinc-based plating layer formed on a surface of the base steel sheet, wherein a ratio (a/b) of a hardness of a surface layer portion (a) to a hardness of an internal portion (b) of the base steel sheet may be less than 0.95.

The steel has a chemical composition represented by: C: 0.15% to 0.35%; Si: 0.8% to 2.5%; Mn: 0.8% to 2.5%; Al: 0.03% to 2.0%; N: 0.002% to 0.010%; P: 0.01% or less; S: 0.01% or less; O: 0.01% or less; B: 0.0001% to 0.005%; Nb: 0.0% to 0.05%; Ti: 0.0% to 0.2%; V 0.0% to 0.05%; Mo: 0.0% to 1.0%; Cr: 0.0% to 1.0%; Ni: 0.01% to 1.0%; Cu: 0.05% to 1.0%; at least one of Ca, Mg and REM: 0.0005% to 0.01%; and the balance: Fe and impurities, and has a martensite phase or/and a bainite phase in which ε-carbide is dispersedly precipitated.

摘要: A method for the production of a laminated core is provided. A plurality of laminations are provided that are made of a soft-magnetic CoFe alloy and that have a first main surface and a second main surface that is located opposite the first main surface. An adhesive is applied to the first main surface of a first of the laminations by means of a printing process. The adhesive is then transferred to a partially cured B-stage. A second main surface of a second of the laminations is stacked on the B-stage adhesive, which is located on the first main surface of the first lamination, thereby forming a stack of loose laminations. The stack or the adhesive in the stack is cured, the adhesive thus being transferred to the fully cured C-stage in order to bond the first and second laminations to one another and so produce the laminated core.

摘要: An Fe—Cr—Si-based soft magnetic alloy powder is provided in which the Cr weight ratio of Cr contained in the alloy powder gradually decreases from the surface of the alloy powder to a predetermined depth in the depth direction, the amount contained of Si is in the range of 3 to 6.5% by weight, the amount contained of Cr may be in the range of 1 to 5% by weight, at least one of Mn, P, S, and O may be further contained, the weight ratio of Cr oxide/metal Cr may gradually decrease from the surface of the alloy powder in the depth direction, and loss in the soft magnetic alloy powder used in a dust core is reduced so as to be able to cope with higher frequencies and larger currents.
