摘要: A hot rolled steel sheet for a non oriented electrical steel sheet according to the present invention includes a predetermined amount of Si, Mn, Al, Ti, Nb, V, and Zr as a chemical composition, wherein when viewing a cross section which is parallel to a rolling direction and a thickness direction, an AlN with an equivalent circle diameter of 10 to 200 nm exists in a grain and at a grain boundary of a ferrite grain, a number density of AlN which exists in the grain and at the grain boundary is 8.0 pieces/μm2 or less on the basis of an observed area, and a number density of AlN which exists at the grain boundary is 40 pieces/μm2 or less on the basis of a grain boundary area.

摘要: A method for manufacture of a hot-rolled steel sheet which includes: producing a liquid steel to which manganese, silicon, niobium, and chromium are added, the additions being made in a vacuum chamber, then desulfurizing the liquid metal without increasing its nitrogen content, then adding titanium, said additions being made so as to obtain a liquid metal having a chemical composition where the titanium and nitrogen contents satisfy: Ti/N>3.42, and the carbon, manganese, chromium, and silicon contents satisfy: 2.6C+Mn/5.3+Cr/13+Si/15>=1.1%, then casting a semi-finished product, then heating said semi-finished product to a temperature between 1250° C. and 1300° C. for a holding period at this temperature between 20 minutes and 45 minutes, then hot rolling said semi-finished product to a rolling end temperature TFL between 825° C. and 950° C., to obtain a hot-rolled sheet, then coiling said hot-rolled sheet at a temperature between 500° C. and 750° C. to obtain a hot-rolled and coiled sheet, then pickling the oxide layer formed in the previous steps.

摘要: A martensitic stainless steel sheet for a brake disc rotor, characterized by containing predetermined components and having, in a mother phase, precipitates with a particle size of 2 μm or less and a density of 0.01 to 20 pieces/μm2. The precipitates finely present in hot rolling and hot-rolled sheet annealing improves productivity in hardening, improves temper softening resistance of the steel sheet in use as a component, inhibits cracking in hot stamping, and inhibits reduction in high-temperature strength. Accordingly, the martensitic stainless steel sheet excellent in temper softening resistance, hardenability, formability, and high-temperature strength that is applicable to the disc rotor is provided.

The clad steel plate having a base metal and a cladding metal on front and back surfaces of the base metal, and the chemical composition and microstructure of the base metal and the cladding metal being appropriately controlled so that the average Vickers hardness (HVL) of the cladding metal is 260 or less, the average Vickers hardness (HVL) of the cladding metal divided by the average Vickers hardness (HVB) of the base metal is 0.80 or less, the boundary roughness between the base metal and the cladding metal is 50 μm or less at the maximum height Ry, and the number of voids at the boundary between the base metal and the cladding metal is controlled to 20 or fewer per 10 mm length of the boundary.

摘要: Provided is a plated steel sheet having excellent surface quality, as well as having excellent formability while also having high strength characteristics; and a method for manufacturing same. The plated steel sheet includes: base iron; and a plating layer provided on at least one surface of the base iron. The base iron includes by weight: 0.002 to 0.01% of carbon (C), 0.1% or less of silicon (Si), 0.4 to 1.0% of manganese (Mn), 0.04 to 0.1% of phosphorus (P), 0.01% or less of sulfur (S), 0.005% or less of nitrogen (N), 0.1% or less of aluminum (S·Al), 0.005 to 0.03% of titanium (Ti), 0.01 to 0.05% of niobium (Nb), 0.06 to 0.1% of copper (Cu), 0.0015% or less of boron (B), a content of molybdenum (Mo). The base iron includes ferrite as a matrix structure.
