摘要: The present invention further provides a method of making an metal-loaded aluminosilicate zeolite having a maximum pore opening defined by eight tetrahedral atoms from pre-existing aluminosilicate zeolite crystallites, wherein the metal is present in a range of from 0.5 to 5.0 wt. % based on the total weight of the metal-loaded aluminosilicate zeolite.

摘要: The present disclosure provides molecular sieves with intergrown phases of AEI and CHA topologies and a catalyst thereof. A preparation method for the molecular sieves include the following steps: mixing a hydroxyphosphono organic alkali R with an aluminum source and a silicon source to obtain a sol-gel precursor, putting the sol-gel precursor into a closed hydrothermal synthesis reactor for reaction, filtering the reaction solution, washing, drying, and calcination to obtain the molecular sieves with intergrown phases of AEI and CHA topologies. The molecular sieves and the catalyst thereof can be directly synthesized under mild conditions with a hydroxyphosphono organic alkali as a structure-directing agent and a phosphorus source, have a pH value of 6-9 and low requirements for corrosion resistance of production devices, and are suitable for large-scale production.

摘要: An integrated catalyst can be used in an olefin disproportionation reaction. The integrated catalyst contains a plurality of different integrated active phases. The relative positions among different active phases remain substantially unchanged during the olefin disproportionation reaction. The effective distance between respective bisecting planes of two adjacent different active phases is 0.5-5 mm, preferably 1-3 mm.

A functional structural body includes a skeletal body of a porous structure composed of a zeolite-type compound; and at least one solid acid present in the skeletal body, the skeletal body has channels connecting with each other, and the solid acid is present at least in the channels of the skeletal body.

摘要: The disclosure provides a monolithic wall-flow filter catalytic article including a substrate having an aspect ratio of from about 1 to about 20, and having a functional coating composition disposed on the substrate, the functional coating composition including a first sorbent composition, an oxidation catalyst composition, and optionally, a second sorbent composition. The monolithic wall-flow filter catalytic article may be in a close-coupled position close to the engine. The disclosure further provides an integrated exhaust gas treatment system including the monolithic wall-flow filter catalytic article and may additionally include a flow-through monolith catalytic article. The flow-through monolith catalytic article includes a substrate having a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) coating composition disposed thereon. The integrated exhaust gas treatment system simplifies the traditional four-article system into a two-article Catalyzed Soot Filter (CSF) plus Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) CSF+SCR arrangement.
