摘要: A cylindrical lithium primary battery includes an electrode body that is configured such that a positive electrode and a negative electrode are spirally wound with a separator interposed therebetween. The positive electrode includes a positive electrode current collector and positive electrode mixture layers that are disposed on both surfaces of the positive electrode current collector and contain manganese dioxide as a positive electrode active material. The negative electrode includes a negative electrode current collector and two lithium layers that are disposed on one surface of the negative electrode current collector and spaced 6 to 12 mm apart in the longitudinal direction. The negative electrode is wound in such a manner that the negative electrode is folded back so that the folded negative electrode current collector overlaps itself, and the inner peripheral ends of the two lithium layers are respectively located outside the winding center.

摘要: Provided is a production apparatus for a cathode active material for lithium ion secondary batteries which can improve productivity. The production apparatus is provided with: a conveying device that conveys a raw material of a cathode active material, the raw material containing a metallic compound and a lithium compound, the metallic compound including at least one metallic element selected from the group consisting of nickel, cobalt, and manganese; and a heating unit in which the raw material is heated, wherein the heating unit has at least one heating member that heats the raw material by heat conduction, the conveying device has a conveying member that conveys the raw material, the heating member heats the raw material via the conveying member, and the conveying member has a retaining part for the raw material of the cathode active material along a side part thereof in a width direction.

摘要: A lithium primary battery includes an outer can, a wound-electrode assembly, and a non-aqueous electrolyte. The wound-electrode assembly includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a separator which are provided between the electrodes and are wound together. The positive electrode contains manganese dioxide. The negative electrode contains at least one substance selected from the group consisting of metallic lithium and metallic lithium containing a lithium alloy, and has a first main surface and a second main surface opposite to the first main surface. The first main surface and an entirety of the second main surface of the negative electrode face the positive electrode. The total area S of the first main surface and the second main surface of the negative electrode satisfies 250 cm2≤S≤700 cm2. The thickness Tp of the positive electrode satisfies 0.8 mm≤Tp≤1.4 mm. The outer diameter D of the outer can satisfies 25 mm≤D≤37 mm. The distance C between the outer can and the wound-electrode assembly satisfies 0.3 mm≤C≤1.0 mm.

and 2.0 g/Ah≤W≤4.5 g/Ah, 0.05%≤u≤3.5%, 5%≤q≤65%, 10 mg/cm2≤s≤30 mg/cm2.
The secondary battery has a high capacity retention rate in the cycle and high-temperature storage processes, and has good cycle and storage performances.-
