The battery cell according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes an electrode assembly including a cathode, an anode and a separator; and a battery case including a sealing portion that houses the electrode assembly and seals an outer periphery of the electrode assembly, wherein the sealing portion includes a first area, and a second area excluding the first area, and wherein the first area is an area where the crystallinity of the battery case is higher than that of the second area.

摘要: A battery cover plate includes an electrode post plate, a hot-melt adhesive film, a cover plate assembly and a busbar. The cover plate assembly defines a first through hole; the electrode post plate and the busbar are located on two sides of the first through hole, a boss is arranged on the busbar, the boss is embedded in the first through hole, one end of the boss is connected with the electrode post plate. With the hot-melt adhesive film covered on the first through hole, the electrode post plate and the hot-melt adhesive film are placed on the first through hole; under the action of thermal pressing, the electrode post plate and the cover plate assembly are thermally fused together; the hot-melt adhesive film can further seal a part of the boss to fix the electrode post plate in a more reliable way.

摘要: A sealer for use in an all-solid-state secondary battery provided with a sulfur-containing solid electrolyte, characterized in that the sealer contains a resin and a particulate fatty acid metal salt dispersed in the resin, and the particulate fatty acid metal salt is a particulate fatty acid metal salt in which a fatty acid is coordinated on the surfaces of the metal particles having a mean particle diameter of not more than 1000 nm. The all-solid-state secondary battery is capable of suppressing the generation of the hydrogen sulfide.

摘要: Disclosed is a secondary battery pouch film including a layered structure wherein at least an outer layer, a barrier layer, and a sealant layer are structured in that order, wherein the sealant layer includes an extrusion (EC) layer and a polypropylene (PP) layer below the extrusion (EC) layer, wherein a thickness ratio of the polypropylene (PP) layer to the sealant layer is more than 0.5, wherein an upper yield strength (N/mm2) in an MD direction of the sealant layer is 17.50 to 19.99, and an upper yield strength (N/mm2) in a TD direction thereof is 17.00 to 19.99, wherein a glass transition temperature (Tg) of the sealant layer is −20° C. to −10° C. The pouch film not only has excellent sealing strength at ambient temperature and high temperature, but also has excellent sealing strength maintenance at ambient temperature and especially at high temperature.

The present disclosure also relates to an electrochemical device including the electrode lead. The electrode lead for an electrochemical device provides increased binding force between the electrode lead and the lead film by increasing the contact area between the electrode lead and the lead film, while not causing damages upon the surface of the electrode lead.
