摘要: The disclosure relates to the field of lithium batteries, and specifically relates to a top cover injection molding structure of a power battery. The top cover injection molding structure comprises a top cover sheet and a terminal assembly. The top cover sheet is provided with a terminal hole for the terminal assembly to fit. A plurality of connecting bosses are provided on a periphery of the terminal hole. The terminal assembly comprises a first plastic piece, a terminal and a seal. After the terminal is assembled to the terminal hole by the seal, a first plastic piece is obtained by injection molding on a periphery of the terminal.

摘要: Some embodiments of this application provide a battery cell, a battery, an electrical device, and a method and equipment for manufacturing a battery cell. The battery cell includes: a shell, where the shell includes an accommodation cavity and a first wall, and an injection port is created on the first wall; an electrode assembly, accommodated in the accommodation cavity; and a flow guide, disposed between the first wall and the electrode assembly. The flow guide includes a liquid collection tank. An opening of the liquid collection tank is oriented toward the first wall. A through-hole is created on a bottom wall of the liquid collection tank. The liquid collection tank is configured to collect an electrolyte solution injected through the injection port. The electrolyte solution in the liquid collection tank flows to the electrode assembly through the through-hole.

摘要: Provided is an electricity storage device having a high volumetric energy density and high reliability. The electricity storage device includes: an electrode assembly including first and second electrode plates and a separator interposed therebetween; an exterior housing that houses the electrode assembly; a lid that covers an opening of the exterior housing; and electrode terminals that are electrically connected to the electrode assembly and partially protrude from the lid to the outside. The lid has a liquid injection hole for injecting an electrolytic solution into the exterior housing. A tubular member extending from the lid toward the electrode assembly is provided between the outer surface of the lid and the electrode assembly so as to surround an opening of the liquid injection hole. A covering member connected to the tubular member and interposed between the liquid injection hole and the electrode assembly is provided.

摘要: Systems for suppressing adverse exothermic reactions in an energy storage container. One energy storage system includes a container configured to support a plurality of battery cells; a plurality of battery cells disposed inside and supported by the container; an agent supply port attached to the container; and a tube disposed inside the container and having a closed end and an open end. The open end of the tube is in fluid communication with the agent supply port. The tube comprises fusible portions which are designed to melt or soften at a temperature which is lower than the melting or softening temperature of another portion of the tube. In response to melting or softening of the fusible portions of the tube, pressurized exothermic reaction-suppressing agent is distributed inside the container via the tube.

摘要: Provided are a centrifugal battery liquid injection mechanism and a liquid injection method thereof. The centrifugal battery liquid injection mechanism comprises a liquid injection device and a driving device, the liquid injection device is provided with a piston mechanism and a liquid outlet head capable of being opened and closed, and one end of the liquid injection device close to the liquid outlet head is further provided with a liquid injection port capable of being opened and closed; and the liquid injection port is used for injecting a wetting liquid into the liquid injection device. The liquid injection device is connected with a to-be-wetted device through the liquid outlet head, so as to inject the wetting liquid into the to-be-wetted device. The driving device is connected with the to-be-wetted device for driving the to-be-wetted device to move.

摘要: Provided is a technique suppressing an electrode assembly inside an outer case from moving in a vertical direction with a simple configuration. An electric storage device includes the electrode assembly, the outer case, a sealing plate, a current collector, and an insulating member. The electrode assembly includes a tab. The outer case includes a bottom surface and an opening opposed to the bottom surface, and is a member accommodating the electrode assembly inside. The sealing plate covers the opening. The current collector is attached to the sealing plate, and is electrically connected to the electrode assembly via the tab. The insulating member is arranged between the sealing plate and the current collector. In addition, the insulating member includes an extension part configured to extend toward the electrode assembly so as to press the electrode assembly onto the bottom surface.
