摘要: Provided is a slurry composition for a non-aqueous secondary battery adhesive layer containing at least two types of particulate polymers, a water-soluble polymer, and a dispersion medium. The at least two types of particulate polymers include a particulate polymer A having a glass-transition temperature of not lower than 30° C. and not higher than 100° C. and a particulate polymer B having a glass-transition temperature of 20° C. or lower. The slurry composition for a non-aqueous secondary battery adhesive layer has a solid content concentration of not less than 1 mass % and not more than 25 mass %.

The separator guide and the pair of upper adhesive supply units are configured for translation over and relative to the table. The electrode assembly is manufactured by a process using the apparatus.

摘要: Provided is a technology that can obtain an electricity storage device including a wound electrode body with high productivity. In an aspect of the electricity storage device disclosed herein, a separator has a first adhesive layer and a second adhesive layer on at least one surface of the separator. In plan view of the separator, the first adhesive layer is partially formed, and the second adhesive layer is partially formed. The first adhesive layer is composed of an adhesive layer that exhibits adhesiveness to the positive electrode by contacting the positive electrode facing the first adhesive layer at ordinary temperature. The second adhesive layer is composed of an adhesive layer that has no adhesiveness to the positive electrode when the first adhesive layer adheres to the facing positive electrode, and thereafter exhibits adhesiveness to the positive electrode when some physical means is applied.

摘要: Described herein are electrode-separator integrated assemblies, lithium-metal electrochemical cells comprising such assemblies, and methods of fabricating such assemblies and cells. An assembly can be formed as one continuous structure comprising one type of electrodes (referred to as an assembly electrode) wrapping around multiple other-type electrodes (referred to as non-assembly electrodes). Either positive or negative electrodes can be assembly electrodes, i.e., parts of electrode-separator integrated assemblies. The assembly also comprises a first separator portion and a second separator portion such that the assembly electrode is positioned between the two separator portions. The separator portions can be adhered to the assembly electrode. The separator portions can be independent separate sheets or parts of a single monolithic sheet wrapping around the inner edges of the assembly electrode. A portion of the assembly electrode extends from the separator portions for making electrical connections to other electrodes and or cell tabs.

An adhesive tape is located in at least one of a location between the outer surface of the positive electrode and an inner surface of the first separator, and a location between an outer surface of the negative electrode and the inner surface of the first separator.
