Abstract: A battery pack supplies an electrically driven treatment apparatus with an electric driving power and includes a plurality of accumulator cells having cell contacts; at least one circuit board electrically connected to the cell contacts; and a battery pack housing having a first battery pack housing part and a second battery pack housing part. The first battery pack housing part and the second battery pack housing part are closed by each other. The accumulator cells are disposed within the battery pack housing. The cell contacts and the circuit board are disposed within the second battery pack housing part. The second battery pack housing part is configured as a mold for a casting compound, and the cell contacts and the at least one circuit board are enclosed by the casting compound.

Abstract: A battery cover plate includes an electrode post plate, a hot-melt adhesive film, a cover plate assembly and a busbar. The cover plate assembly defines a first through hole; the electrode post plate and the busbar are located on two sides of the first through hole, a boss is arranged on the busbar, the boss is embedded in the first through hole, one end of the boss is connected with the electrode post plate. With the hot-melt adhesive film covered on the first through hole, the electrode post plate and the hot-melt adhesive film are placed on the first through hole; under the action of thermal pressing, the electrode post plate and the cover plate assembly are thermally fused together; the hot-melt adhesive film can further seal a part of the boss to fix the electrode post plate in a more reliable way.

To this end, disclosed is a secondary battery, which comprises an electrode assembly comprising: an anode plate having an inner circumferential tab formed at a wound front end thereof; a separator covering the anode plate; and a cathode plate having an outer circumferential tab formed at a wound distal end thereof.

Abstract: Provided are a pouch case and a secondary battery using the same. The pouch case includes a first receiving part and a second receiving part which are concavely formed; a sealing part formed along an outer portion of the pouch case so as to surround the first receiving part and the second receiving part; and a partitioning part formed between the first receiving part and the second receiving part and protruding from a bottom surface of each receiving part to partition the first receiving part and the second receiving part. As one side surface of the secondary battery in which an electrode assembly is received and packaged in the pouch case is formed in a plane form, a flat side surface is in close contact with a cooling plate, thereby maximizing cooling efficiency of the secondary battery.

The power battery top cover mainly comprises a cover plate, upper plastic, a sealing ring and a pole. The cover plate is provided with a first through hole and a first groove, and the upper plastic is provided with a second through hole; the upper plastic is embedded in the first groove, and a lower surface thereof and the first groove form a ventilation portion; part of the sealing ring is embedded in the first through hole; and the pole passes through the first through hole and the second through hole and is in interference fit connection with the sealing ring and the upper plastic.

Abstract: A battery includes: an electrode layer; a counter electrode layer, which is a counter electrode for the electrode layer; a solid electrolyte layer between the electrode layer and the counter electrode layer; and an electrode current collector electrically coupled to the electrode layer. The solid electrolyte layer includes a first region containing a first solid electrolyte material and a second region containing a second solid electrolyte material. The first region is positioned within a region where the electrode layer and the counter electrode layer face each other. Moreover, a second density, which is of the second solid electrolyte material in the second region, is higher than a first density, which is of the first solid electrolyte material in the first region.

Abstract: A terminal component includes a first metal and a second metal overlapped on the first metal, the first metal having a part to be connected to an internal terminal, and the second metal having a part to be exposed to the outside of a battery case. At an interface where the first metal and the second metal are overlapped, one of the first metal and the second metal has a protrusion having a flat top portion. The other metal is joined to the top portion. A cross section of the protrusion orthogonal to a projection direction of the protrusion is set such that fusing occurs when a current equal to or higher than a predetermined current value flows between the first metal and the second metal.

Abstract: A battery pack includes a cell module assembly, a primary power output, and a secondary output connector. The cell module assembly includes several lithium-ion battery cells connected in parallel. The primary power output includes a pair of terminals for connection to equipment to be powered by the battery pack. The secondary output connector includes a secondary power output for connection to equipment to be powered by the battery pack and includes an enable input. The primary power output is configured to supply electrical power at a voltage higher than the secondary power output connector. The secondary power output is controllable through the enable input to selectively supply electrical power from the secondary power output.
