Abstract: An electrical interconnect board comprises a printed circuit board and a readout device. The circuit board comprises an insulating layer, and first and second electrically conductive layers. The first and second electrically conductive layers are arranged on opposite sides of the insulating layer. The circuit board comprises receptacles each configured for accommodating a battery cell of the battery module. The first electrically conductive layer electrically interconnects the battery cells with each other. The first and second electrically conductive layers are made from different electrically conductive materials. The first and second electrically conductive layers are connected through the insulating layer at a plurality of locations by a plurality of vertical interconnect accesses (VIAs). Each VIA generates a voltage depending on the temperature at a thermoelectric interface. The readout device senses the generated voltages of the VIAs and determines corresponding temperature values.

Abstract: An energy storage/battery system is disclosed. The system can include a multi-voltage configurable module (MVCM) and a multi-voltage configurable backplane (MVCB) that form the system. A method of manufacture of an MVCM can include placing a plurality of battery cell isolation sleeves within a body of a main housing, placing a plurality of battery cells within a cavity of the plurality of battery cell isolation sleeves, attaching a printed circuit board to a bottom portion of the main housing, the printed circuit board being coupled to a plurality of output terminals, coupling a plurality of conducting nails to the plurality of battery cells and the printed circuit board, wherein the plurality of conducting nails extend from a cathode side of the plurality of battery cells to the printed circuit board when so coupled, and attaching a top cover to a top portion of the main housing.

Abstract: A plate member is provided with a gas exhaust port, an opening, and a wall portion. The opening is formed in a bottom surface portion at a position facing an electrode terminal. The wall portion protrudes from the bottom surface portion at positions on outer sides with respect to the gas exhaust port in a width direction of the plate member, and discontinuously extends in a stacking direction of power storage cells. A flexible printed circuit board has a main body portion, and a connection piece portion that extends from the main body portion and is curved so as to be connected to a connection terminal. A first gap is formed between the main body portion and the connection piece portion. A first auxiliary wall portion is provided in the first gap, the first auxiliary wall portion protruding from the bottom surface portion and extending in the stacking direction.

Abstract: An electric energy storage device, comprising N energy units with a same rated voltage and provided with a socket, wherein the N energy units are equally divided into M energy modules. Each energy module comprises K energy units, wherein M≥2 and K≥2, and can be switched between parallel and series connection states. The disclosure also provides an electric tool system, wherein the electric tools with different rated voltages have different plugs, and the electric energy storage device outputs different voltages after connecting with the socket. The electric energy storage device with multiple output voltages can be suitable for electric energy storage devices with different rated voltages, and reduces the cost.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application disclose a fixing bracket for a flexible circuit board, a busbar component, a battery, and an electrical device. The fixing bracket for the flexible circuit board includes: a connecting portion for connecting the fixing bracket to a target component that needs to be fixed; and a fixing portion for limiting and fixing the flexible circuit board. The connecting portion is disposed between the target component and the fixing portion and the connecting portion is connected to the fixing portion. The technical solution of embodiments of the present application can inhibit warping or wearing of flexible circuit boards during transportation, thereby preventing abnormalities in battery sampling caused by warping or wearing of the flexible circuit boards.

Abstract: A cell-contacting system for a battery module having battery cells includes cell connectors for electrically conductively connecting cell terminals of different battery cells. and a circuit board having signal lines each routing measured values from one of the cell connectors to a signal management circuit or to a connection interface. At least one temperature acquisition device measures the temperature of the battery cells at one of the cell connectors.
