摘要: A power storage module includes: a battery block group including a plurality of battery cells; a connecting terminal portion joined to terminal surfaces of the plurality of battery cells; and a heat conductive material arranged in a manner contacting the connecting terminal portion. The heat conductive material includes at least any member of a plurality of interspersed members or a member having a clearance. The heat conductive materials are distributed more densely in a center portion of a region surrounded by an outermost peripheral edge of the battery block group than in peripheral portions surrounding the center portion in a plan view from a normal line direction of an arrangement surface of the heat conductive materials.

摘要: Provided is a battery module of which temperature can be homogenized regardless of the material. This battery module includes: a first heat dissipation plate and a second heat dissipation plate; a laminated type battery group disposed between the first heat dissipation plate and the second heat dissipation plate and formed by stacking two or more laminated type batteries; and a case housing the laminated type battery group, and the first heat dissipation plate and the second heat dissipation plate, wherein: a third heat dissipation plate is disposed between the two laminated type batteries among the laminated type battery group; each of the first heat dissipation plate, the second heat dissipation plate, and the third heat dissipation plate includes a contact portion in contact with the case, and a flat portion in contact with and opposite to the laminated type battery; and the flat portion of the first heat dissipation plate and the flat portion of the second heat dissipation plate are provided with a plurality of holes.

摘要: Disclosed is a battery pack having a plurality of battery cells or unit modules (‘unit cells’), which can be charged and discharged, mounted in a pack case, wherein the unit cells are stacked in a direction (a Z direction) in which the unit cells are sequentially stacked in parallel to a ground in a state in which a spacing distance for coolant flow is provided between the respective unit cells to constitute a battery module, two or more battery modules are arranged in a horizontal direction (an X direction) on the plane with respect to a coolant introduction direction in which a coolant is introduced through a coolant inlet port in a state in which flow of the coolant between the battery modules is restrained to constitute a battery module group.

摘要: A battery system includes a lithium ion rechargeable battery including a power generating element having a laminated part, a positive electrode extended part, and a negative electrode extended part. The battery system further includes a controller and a detector that detects the temperatures of a central laminated part in the laminated part, and at least one of a positive-side temperature detector that detects the temperatures of a positive side-laminated part in the laminated part and a negative-side temperature detector that detects the temperatures of a negative-side laminated part in the stacked part. The controller controls the lithium ion rechargeable battery using the temperature of the central laminated part, and at least one of the temperature of the positive-side laminated part and the temperature of the negative-side laminated part.

摘要: A battery pack, a method of heating a battery cell and an electrical combination. The battery pack may include a housing; a battery cell; a heating element operable to provide heat to the battery cell; a temperature sensing device operable to sense a temperature of an interior of the battery pack; a heating switch operable to control whether power is provided to the heating element; and an electronic processor configured to receive a signal from the temperature sensing device, the signal indicating the temperature of the interior of the battery pack, determine that the temperature of the interior of the battery pack is less than a predetermined temperature threshold, and in response to determining that the temperature of the interior of the battery pack is less than the predetermined temperature threshold, close the heating switch to provide power to the heating element.

摘要: A battery pack includes at least one battery module and a housing. The at least one battery module includes a plurality of battery cells arranged along one direction and barriers respectively positioned between adjacent ones of the plurality of battery cells, the plurality of battery cells being electrically coupled to each other. The housing accommodates the battery module therein and has inlets at opposite edges of a first end of the housing at one end of the battery module, and an outlet at a lower portion of a second end of the housing at an opposite end of the battery module. Each barrier includes a base portion facing an adjacent one of the battery cells, an upper spacer at at least one top corner of the base portion, and a lower spacer at at least one bottom corner of the base portion. Sides and a bottom of the battery module are spaced from the housing.
