Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide an energy storage prefabricated box and a battery swapping station. The energy storage prefabricated box includes: a battery compartment including a first wall, the first wall having a cavity structure; and a thermal insulation member disposed in the cavity structure, the thermal insulation member including at least one layer of thermal insulation bags, the thermal insulation bags each being filled with a filler, the at least one layer of thermal insulation bags being arranged in a first direction, each layer of thermal insulation bags extending in a plane perpendicular to the first direction, the at least one layer of thermal insulation bags being used for blocking heat transmission in the first direction, and the first direction being a thickness direction of the first wall.

Abstract: Provided are battery packs and interface modules for electrically interconnecting electrochemical cells in the packs and for providing heat distribution with the packs. An interface module interfaces one side of all electrochemical cells in a battery pack. The interface module may have a substantially planar shape such that the space occupied by the module in the battery pack is minimal. Most, if not all, conductive components of the interface module may be formed from the same sheet of metal. In some embodiments, the interface module includes multiple bus bars such that each bus bar interconnects two or more terminals of different electrochemical cells in the battery pack. Each bus bar may have a separate voltage sense lead extending from the bus bar to a connecting portion. The bus bars may be flexibly supported within the module. The interface module may also include multiple thermistors disposed on different bus bars.

Abstract: This application is directed to a battery having a heating element. A connector of the battery includes a first terminal, a second terminal, and a heater terminal. One or more rechargeable battery cells are electrically coupled to the first and second terminals of the connector. The heating element is in contact with a subset of the battery cells, and includes a resistive heater path that is electrically coupled to the first and heater terminals of the connector and generates heat to warm the battery when a heater voltage is applied to the heater terminal. A waterproof material is wrapped around an exterior of the heating element and battery cells and prevents ambient water from contacting the heater element and battery cells. The waterproof material includes an opening to allow at least the first and second terminals of the connector to be electrically coupled to a logic board.

Abstract: A storage battery container is provided with an air supply part having an air supply port provided to the bottom surface, a variable heat dissipation device that balances accumulated heat inside the storage battery, and an air discharge part of a rear surface having an air discharge port correspondingly provided to a heat release part of the variable heat dissipation device. The air supply part puts the air supply port in an open state when power is being supplied, and puts the air supply port in a closed state when the power supply stops. The air discharge part puts the air discharge port in an open state when the variable heat dissipation device is actuated, and puts the air discharge port in a closed state when the actuation of the variable heat dissipation device stops.

Abstract: A storage battery system includes a rechargeable storage battery and a solid heat storage portion. The solid heat storage portion is made of a heat storage material that reversibly undergoes a phase transition with absorption and release of a latent heat between a solid phase and a solid phase at a certain phase transition temperature. The heat storage material causes a solid phase to solid phase state phase transition when a temperature of the storage battery reaches the phase transition temperature to maintain the temperature of the storage battery at the phase transition temperature.
