The cylindrical power battery module includes an input copper bar, an output cooper bar and a cells contact system assembly having the corresponding number as submodules. The input copper bar is connected to a cell unit at an input terminal of the cylindrical power battery module, the output copper bar is connected to a cell unit at an output terminal of the cylindrical power battery module.

The primary thermal regulation unit (104) is configured to control the cooling and/or heating of said battery cells. Further, the battery pack (100) comprises an auxiliary thermal regulation unit (110) and a first thermal switch (120), the first thermal switch (120) having an open state and a closed state, wherein at said closed state the first thermal switch (120) connects the auxiliary thermal regulation unit (110) to a first thermal source (121) for heating or cooling said battery cells.

摘要: A first device: determines whether or not a terminal voltage at a terminal, where a temperature sensor, in which a physical quantity such as a resistance value or a voltage value varies due to changes in temperature, is connected, is in a first voltage range; controls the terminal voltage to vary in accordance with changes of the physical quantity, within the first voltage range, when the terminal voltage is determined to be in the first voltage range, and stops controlling the terminal voltage to vary within the first voltage range when the terminal voltage is determined not to be in the first voltage range; and detects temperature based on the terminal voltage. A second device: controls the terminal voltage to vary in accordance with changes of the physical quantity, within a second voltage range, which is different from the first voltage range; and detects temperature based on the terminal voltage.

摘要: A battery module includes a first battery cell and a second battery cell respectively having a positive electrode lead and a negative electrode lead and connected to each other in series; and a short circuit inducing member having one longitudinal side interposed between the negative electrode lead of the first battery cell and the positive electrode lead of the second battery cell and the other longitudinal side located between the positive electrode lead of the first battery cell and the negative electrode lead of the second battery cell. When a potential difference between the negative electrode lead of the first battery cell and the positive electrode lead of the second battery cell increases over a reference value, the other longitudinal side of the short circuit inducing member makes flexural deformation toward the negative electrode lead of the second battery cell to come into contact with the negative electrode lead.

摘要: An electric power system such as, for example, a circuit, an electric appliance, an electric generator, and/or an energy storage system, can be coupled with a negative thermal expansion component. The negative thermal expansion component can be formed from a material having negative thermal expansion properties such that the negative thermal expansion component contracts in response to an increase in temperature. The contraction of the negative thermal expansion component can form a nonconductive gap that disrupts current flow through the electric power system. The disruption of the current flow can eliminate hazards associated with the electric power system overcharging, overheating, and/or developing an internal short circuit.

摘要: A battery unit temperature management device may include a battery unit that can be charged and discharged, a heater that operates due to electricity supply from the battery unit and heats a heat exchange medium that exchanges heat with the battery unit, a changing structure that changes a heat transfer capacity between the battery unit and the heat exchange medium, and a controller that controls the heating of the heat exchange medium by the heater and the change of the heat transfer capacity by the changing structure. When a temperature Tw of the heat exchange medium does not reach a first temperature which is equivalent to a temperature of the battery unit while the heat exchange medium is heated by the heater, the controller may make the heat transfer capacity smaller than that when the temperature of the heat exchange medium has reached the first temperature.
