摘要: A charging system is provided herein. The charging system includes an alternating current (AC) power source, opening/closing rectifying units composed of rectifying circuits and opening/closing circuits, and a control device. The rectifying circuits are connected to modules formed by dividing a battery into the modules. The rectifying circuits supply direct current (DC) electric power obtained by rectifying AC electric power supplied from the AC power source to the modules. The opening/closing circuits switch between connection and disconnection between the AC power source and each of the modules. The control device controls connection and disconnection of the opening/closing circuits in accordance with a state quantity of at least one of an output voltage of the AC power source and an input voltage of the rectifying circuits or a state quantity associated with at least one of the output voltage and the input voltage.

An auxiliary system interface is coupled to the auxiliary winding. A controller is configured to control the first plurality of switching transistors and the second plurality of switching transistors to generate a first signal at the battery interface and a second signal at the auxiliary system interface.

摘要: A power converter comprises a chassis and an AC connector, a low-voltage DC connector and a high-voltage DC connector at an exterior surface of the chassis. An AC-DC converter circuit is positioned at least partially within the chassis and is coupled to the AC connector. A first converter circuit is positioned at least partially within the chassis and is coupled to the AC-DC converter circuit and to a high-voltage DC bus. The high-voltage DC bus is connected to the high-voltage DC connector. A second converter circuit is positioned at least partially within the chassis and is coupled to the high-voltage DC bus to a low-voltage DC bus. The low-voltage DC bus is connected to the low-voltage DC connector.

The charging and discharging device has a connector for connecting to an in-vehicle storage battery provided in a vehicle, one or more processors that processes to control charging and discharging in the in-vehicle storage battery, a memory, a communication unit that communicates with an in-vehicle control device of the vehicle, and a higher-level communication unit that communicates with a higher-level control device. The processor stores, in advance, stores values for performing charging and discharging, determines the values based on data transmitted to and from the in-vehicle control device for controlling charging and discharging; and notifies the higher-level control device of either the determined values or the values read from the memory.
