摘要: A battery unit includes: a battery; a battery case accommodating the battery; front and rear junction boxes provided on front and rear sides, respectively, in a front-rear direction of a vehicle and configured to distribute electric power to front and rear motors, respectively; front and rear bus bars coupling a corresponding one of a positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal of the battery to the front and rear junction boxes, respectively; a center bus bar coupling the front and the rear junction boxes to each other; an electrical device disposed above the center bus bar; and a cooling plate disposed between the center bus bar and the electrical device to cool the electrical device. The front and rear junction boxes, the front rear, and center bus bars, the electrical device, and the cooling plate are disposed on or above a top of the battery case.

The rechargeable battery pack may include top tape configured to surround the protection circuit module and is attached to the battery cell to form a terrace space therein, and a flame retardant coated portion formed by coating a flame retardant coating agent on at least one portion of the protection circuit module exposed to an outside of the top tape.

摘要: A battery pack, comprising a first cell and a second cell connected in series, the first cell having a current cut-off device and having a first failure voltage, the current cut-off device being configured to be able to break a circuit in response to a voltage value of the first cell reaching or exceeding the first failure voltage, and the second cell having no current cut-off device. The battery pack may use a soft pack battery as the second cell, having advantages such as high energy density, low impedance, high discharge power, a low rate of temperature rise during high-rate discharge, and flexibility in dimensions.

In addition, a disconnect plug is detachably attached to a front face of a plug bracket, and an opening for accessing to the disconnect plug is formed on a front wall of the bulge. Further, a cover for covering the opening capable of being opened and closed is provided on a trim beneath a front face of a seat cushion of the rear seats.
