摘要: In a structure of a disconnect plug of an electric vehicle, a plug bracket is raised from an inside of a battery unit to an inside of a bulge formed on a floor panel under rear seats for preventing a submarine motion of a passenger. In addition, a disconnect plug is detachably attached to a front face of a plug bracket, and an opening for accessing to the disconnect plug is formed on a front wall of the bulge. Further, a cover for covering the opening capable of being opened and closed is provided on a trim beneath a front face of a seat cushion of the rear seats.

摘要: A battery unit equipped in a vehicle includes a battery, a case accommodating the battery, an upper surface covering material covering an upper surface of the battery in the case, an intake portion provided on the upper surface covering material and configured to take in air from an outside of the case to above the battery, a lower surface covering material covering a lower surface of the battery in the case, an exhaust portion provided on the lower surface covering material and configured to discharge air that has cooled or heated the battery, a fan disposed below the lower surface covering material, configured to take in air discharged from the exhaust portion, and discharge the air between the lower surface covering material and a bottom surface of the case.

摘要: A retention mechanism for a removable access door includes a retention tab positioned along a side of the access door. The retention tab includes a resiliently deflectable stem and at least two engagement heads projecting from the stem. The tab extends to a first distance from a reference surface of the access door. An overstress prevention structure is positioned along the side of the access door so as to enable the retention tab to contact the overstress prevention structure when the stem is deflected a predetermined amount. The overstress prevention structure extends to a second distance from the reference surface, wherein the second distance is greater than the first distance. Support walls may strengthen the overstress prevention structure against forces exerted by the retention tabs during deflection of the tabs. The support walls may form a protective “shroud” around the retention tab.

摘要: A body floor (1) for an electric vehicle (2) has a battery frame (3) that receives battery modules (4). An interior cover (5) separates an interior (6) from the battery modules (4). At least one crossmember (7, 8) extends transverse to a vehicle longitudinal direction (9) and is on the battery side of the interior cover (5). A seat attachment (10) for connecting a vehicle seat (11) is arranged on the interior side of the interior cover (5). The battery modules (4) are attached to the crossmember (7, 8) by the battery frame (3), and the body floor (1) is a supporting component of the body structure of a vehicle (2). The seat attachment (10) is attached to the body floor (1) on the battery side of the interior cover (5). With this construction, the vehicle seat is low while simultaneously arranging battery modules below the vehicle seat.

摘要: An electric three wheeled vehicle includes a vehicle chassis supporting a vehicle operator seat or saddle. The vehicle chassis defines a storage region beneath the vehicle operator seat or saddle. One or more energy storage devices for powering one or more electric motors of the vehicle are located within the storage region and are supported by the chassis. The storage region and/or the energy storage device(s) each form an elongate three-dimensional volume having a long axis that is parallel to a longitudinal axis of the vehicle. A vehicle operator, when seated upon the seat or saddle, sits astride the one or more energy storage devices. A handlebar steering assembly is operatively coupled to a pair of front wheels to provide steering. The vehicle includes a single rear wheel.
