Abstract: A vehicle high-voltage system equipment unit includes: a high-voltage system equipment and a cooling fan for taking in air from a passenger compartment. The high-voltage system equipment is cooled with air taken in from the passenger compartment, the cooling fan is provided on an upstream side of the high-voltage system equipment, and an air discharge portion is provided on a downstream side of the high-voltage system equipment, a branch portion for dividing a flow of air used to cool the high-voltage system equipment is provided in the air discharge portion, an air flow regulating portion is provided on an upstream side of the branch portion, and the air flow regulating portion is formed integrally with the high-voltage system equipment.
