Abstract: A battery unit equipped in a vehicle includes a battery, a case accommodating the battery, an upper surface covering material covering an upper surface of the battery in the case, an intake portion provided on the upper surface covering material and configured to take in air from an outside of the case to above the battery, a lower surface covering material covering a lower surface of the battery in the case, an exhaust portion provided on the lower surface covering material and configured to discharge air that has cooled or heated the battery, a fan disposed below the lower surface covering material, configured to take in air discharged from the exhaust portion, and discharge the air between the lower surface covering material and a bottom surface of the case.

Abstract: A power supply device includes: a battery; an electric device; a case accommodating the battery and the electric device; and a cover covering a case opening. The cover is provided with a first exhaust port and a second exhaust port. A first exhaust member having a first exhaust passage through which air discharged from the first exhaust port flows is connected to the first exhaust port. A second exhaust member having a second exhaust passage through which air discharged from the second exhaust port flows is connected to the second exhaust port. The first exhaust port is provided so as to overlap at least a part of the electric device when viewed from an opening direction and has a larger opening area than the second exhaust port. A minimum cross-sectional area of the first exhaust passage is smaller than a minimum cross-sectional area of the second exhaust passage.

Abstract: A vehicle includes a high voltage equipment-accommodation portion, a cooling mechanism, and a discharge passage. The high voltage equipment-accommodation portion is provided behind a seat and includes a high voltage equipment. The cooling mechanism cools the high voltage equipment with cooling air introduced from an outside of the high voltage equipment-accommodation portion and diffuses in the high voltage equipment-accommodation portion the cooling air which has cooled the high voltage equipment. The discharge passage connects a lower end part of the high voltage equipment-accommodation portion and a vicinity of a floor surface in the vehicle interior. The cooling mechanism is configured to discharge the cooling air in the high voltage equipment-accommodation portion downwardly to the vehicle interior via the discharge passage.

Abstract: A lower battery module includes lower batteries and lower cooling air passages. An upper battery module is provided at an downstream of the lower battery module in a flow direction of the cooling air. The upper battery module includes upper batteries and upper cooling air passages. An intermediate duct is provided between the upper battery module and the lower battery module to prevent leakage of the cooling air. The intermediate duct includes a cutwater portion. The cutwater portion is provided along an inner circumference of the intermediate duct to cut a continuous flow of water from an inside of the upper battery module to an inside of the lower battery module.

Abstract: A vehicle includes an air conditioning system, a high voltage equipment, a cooling fan, and an intake duct. The air conditioning system is to condition air in an interior of the vehicle which has a vehicle height direction. The cooling fan is to send cooling air which has passed through the air conditioning system to the high voltage equipment. The cooling fan has an intake port. The intake duct is connected to the intake port from upward in the vehicle height direction to supply the cooling air to the cooling fan. A lowermost part of the intake port in the vehicle height direction is positioned higher than a lowermost surface of a duct flow path of the intake duct in the vehicle height direction.

In the first battery module, the plurality of cells are bound in the first direction by a binding member. The binding member is a plate-like member which is made of metal. The fan is arranged in such a manner that the rotary shaft faces the binding member.

The rivet is inserted into the case side hole and the support side hole to connect the case and the support. The cover is provided with a cover side hole connected with the case by using a bolt.
