    Abstract: An embodiment integrated-type air-conditioning system includes a refrigerant circuit including first and second refrigerant lines, a first coolant circuit including a battery, and a second coolant circuit including a PE part. The first refrigerant line includes a compressor, an indoor heat exchanger, a first expansion device, and an outdoor heat exchanger, and the second refrigerant line includes a second expansion device and an integrated heat exchanger. The second refrigerant line branches from a branch point between the indoor heat exchanger and the first expansion device in the first refrigerant line and branches from a point between the compressor and the indoor heat exchanger through a switching valve to be connected to the compressor. The first coolant circuit and the second coolant circuit are each connected to the integrated heat exchanger so as to allow a coolant to exchange heat with a refrigerant.

    Abstract: A heat exchange system for a vehicle includes a refrigerant circulation loop for circulating a refrigerant, a compressor, a condenser, a first expansion valve, a second expansion valve, a first chiller and a second chiller. The first expansion valve and the first chiller form a group and the second expansion valve and the second chiller form another group. The two groups are arranged in parallel; a first coolant circulation loop comprising a first cooler, and circulating coolant which exchanges heat with the refrigerant via the first chiller; a second coolant circulation loop includes a second cooler, and circulating coolant which exchanges heat with the refrigerant via the second chiller. The first expansion valve and the second expansion valve are controlled so that the refrigerant passing through the first chiller during a cooling mode has a higher pressure, temperature, and rate of discharge than the refrigerant passing through the second chiller.

    Abstract: A heat pump system control method for a vehicle includes a process (A) of operating a compressor of an air conditioner to cool or heat an interior of the vehicle while the vehicle is driving, measuring by a controller initial states of the compressor and a refrigerant based on data detected from a data detector, and monitoring the compressor, a process (B) of determining by the controller whether a current coil temperature of a motor unit provided in the compressor is higher than a coil specification temperature through the process (A) and operating a protection mode; and a process (C) of, when the process (B) is completed, calculating by the controller a slope of a coil temperature of the motor unit over time, determining whether the temperature slope is greater than zero (0) three times consecutively to stop the operation of the compressor, and terminating control.
