摘要: The fluid heating device comprises: a housing forming a first space in which a fluid is introduced and heated, and a second space separated from the first space by a partition wall formed therein; a heater that extends from an outside of the housing into the first space to form a path through which the fluid flows into the first space and heats the fluid; a plate provided on the partition wall between the first space and the second space to be close to the heater; and an overheating prevention unit provided on a side of the plate facing the second space and blocking power provided to the heater when heat applied from the heater reaches a preset range.

摘要: A heating apparatus for a vehicle includes an air heating unit configured to heat air conditioning air to be sent into a vehicle cabin, a contact heating unit configured to heat a member that is in contact with a body of an occupant in the vehicle cabin, and an electronic control unit. A heat source of the air heating unit and a heat source of the contact heating unit each are supplied with an electric power from one or more batteries. The electronic control unit is configured to decrease an electric power that is supplied to the heat source of the air heating unit when the heat source of the contact heating unit is on as compared to an electric power that is supplied to the heat source of the air heating unit when the heat source of the contact heating unit is off.

摘要: The present invention is a heater or heating device that uses microwave energy to generate heat quickly. The heater generates heat quickly by forcing air over microwave-heated oil or non-freeze liquid. As a non-limiting embodiment, the heater preferably includes most or all of the following components: an outer casing or housing, at least one air intake vent, a magnetron, a microwave emitter, a wave scatterer, at least one fluid holder, fluid, a capacitor, a transformer, a microwave containment casing, and a perforated microwave guard. As another non-limiting embodiment, the heater preferably includes most or all of following components: an outer casing or housing, a cooling fan, a magnetron, a microwave emitter, a wave scatterer, at least one non-freeze liquid holder, non-freeze liquid, a capacitor, a transformer, a microwave containment casing, a glass tube, a metal tube, a fan coil, a pump, a reservoir and expansion tank, and a fill plug.

The fluid chamber is in communication with the inlet and the outlet, the heat transfer wall is a portion of a wall part forming the fluid chamber, the heating element is fixed or limited to at least a portion of the heat transfer wall, the heating element is located outside the fluid chamber, and at least a portion of the heating element is in contact with the heat transfer wall. The electric heater includes a cover body wall, which is another portion of the wall part forming the fluid chamber. The control module is located outside the cover body wall, the control module is located outside the fluid chamber, the control module is electrically connected to the heating element.

摘要: There is disclosed a vehicle air conditioner device which is capable of continuing an air conditioning operation also in a case where a disconnection failure occurs in a solenoid valve to change a flow of a refrigerant in each operation mode. Respective solenoid valves 17, 20, 21 and 22 to change the respective operation modes of a vehicle air conditioner device 1 are constituted so that the flow of the refrigerant changes to a cooling mode when all the solenoid valves 17, 20, 21 and 22 are non-energized. The vehicle air conditioner device executes a cooling mode during failure in which a controller adjusts all the solenoid valves 17, 20, 21 and 22 to be non-energized and operates a compressor 2, in a case where the disconnection failure occurs in one of the solenoid valves 17, 20, 21 and 22.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a thermal dissipation system of an electric vehicle that includes: a heat exchanger arranged at the front part of the electric vehicle for providing heating or cooling to an air conditioning system of the electric vehicle; a first heat sink and a second heat sink, which are respectively arranged at the two sides of the front part of the heat exchanger; a number of rotatable and adjustable air deflectors for changing the flow direction of the air flowing through the heat dissipation system. Temperature sensors are included within the thermal dissipation system for sensing the working temperatures and the environmental temperatures of a battery pack and a motor of the electric vehicle. Opening and closing states of the air deflectors are adjusted in accordance with data provided by the temperature sensors.
