Abstract: Disclosed is a device for recovering waste heat from hot water. The waste water heat recovery device includes heat exchange units each having a waste water pipe part along which waste water as the hot water flows and a raw water pipe part along which raw water as cold water flows, while being located inside the waste water pipe part, and a rotation driving part for rotating the raw water pipe parts. Each raw water pipe part includes a rotary shaft, a spiral blade attached to the outer peripheral surface of the rotary shaft, and a raw water pipe spirally wound on the outer peripheral surface of the rotary shaft to flow the raw water therealong, while being disposed along the space formed by the spiral blade on the outer peripheral surface of the rotary shaft. While the raw water pipe is rotating, foreign matter flowing along the waste water pipe part is discharged by means of the spiral blade, and the raw water pipe is disposed below top of the spiral blade to thus have no contact with the inner peripheral wall of the waste water pipe part.

In at least one embodiment, a number of multi-dimensional column-based heat dissipation features enable cooling by a cooling media flowing there through so that an individual heat dissipation column having a first dimension and a second dimension may be supported, with the first dimension being normal relative to an axial flow path of the cooling media, with the second dimension being parallel or offset from parallel relative to the axial flow path and with the second dimension being more than the first dimension.

Abstract: A furnace including a combustion chamber for burning fuel can have increased fuel burning efficiency, increased heating efficiency, and decreased harmful emissions of combustion byproducts. A combustion air delivery system delivers primary and secondary combustion air to the combustion chamber. Primary and secondary combustion air may be delivered at amounts that increase burning efficiency. An amount of secondary combustion air can be controlled by a valve system. A heat transfer device efficiently transfers heat from products of combustion for heating an enclosed space.

Abstract: An HVAC system is provided. Embodiments of the present disclosure generally relate to an HVAC system in which multiple indoor units are coupled to central outdoor unit, where at least one of the indoor units is configured to provide conditioned air through ductwork and at least one indoor unit is configured to provide conditioned air without ductwork. Moreover, a gas furnace can be provided in the system, for harsher environments that benefit from more robust heating. Additional systems, devices, and methods are also disclosed.
