    摘要: A water heater includes a tank, an insulation blanket, and an outer shell. The insulation blanket includes a preformed foam assembled from at least two pieces of foam, which together surround the tank. The outer shell includes a lower part surrounding the at least two pieces of foam. The at least two pieces of foam have notches extending along outer comers thereof to form channels between the pieces of foam and the lower part. The channels extend from above the tank to a drain outlet from the lower part to conduct any leakage out of the water heater.

    摘要: A heating unit for heating a fluid includes a tank, a burner element, and a lower unit. The tank defines top and bottom ends and includes an outer wrap, an inner wrap, and a cooling chamber. The outer wrap extends along an axial centerline defined by the tank. The inner wrap is disposed within the outer wrap. The cooling chamber is defined in-part by and is disposed between the inner and outer wraps along a radial direction of the tank. The burner element is disposed on the top end of the tank. The blower unit is disposed on the bottom end of the tank and is in fluid communication with the burner element via the cooling chamber. An outlet of the blower unit is disposed along the axial centerline of the tank.

The lower plate portion is lock-engaged with the support fitting component from above to hang and support the case through the lock-engagement fitting component by the support fitting component.

A PTC heating device with at least one PTC element and conductor tracks for energizing the PTC element with different polarities, which are electrically conductively connected to the latter and which are electrically connected in the connection chamber, are received in the housing. The PTC element and at least one of the conductor tracks are received in a heater casing. The heater casing is pressed into the receiving pocket subject to plastic deformation of the heater casing and/or the receiving pocket.
