摘要: Thermal management in a vehicle involves a compressor to output a refrigerant in vapor form for circulation in a refrigerant loop. A thermal management system includes a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system in the refrigerant loop including an evaporator and an HVAC condenser, and an exterior condenser in the refrigerant loop configured to vent heat to an exterior of the vehicle. A first variable refrigerant flow valve controls a flow rate of the refrigerant output by the compressor into the HVAC condenser, and a second refrigerant flow valve controls a flow rate of the refrigerant output by the compressor into the exterior condenser. A controller controls the first refrigerant flow valve and the second refrigerant flow valve based on a target output temperature for the HVAC condenser.

The vehicle heat pump system includes a compressor, a cabin condenser, a cabin evaporator, a cabin blower, and a chiller. The battery system coolant loop is in thermal communication with a battery system and with the chiller and selectively in thermal communication with the drive train coolant loop. The control electronics control the components of the vehicle thermal management system to heat the cabin, cool the cabin, heat the battery system, cool the battery system, and cool the drive train. The control electronics may control the compressor to operate in an efficient mode or a lossy mode in which the compressor generates heat. The control electronics may also control the components of the vehicle thermal management system to precondition the battery.

摘要: A vehicle air-conditioning device may achieve comfortable heating of a vehicle interior by starting a compressor, an indoor blower and heat generating means at appropriate timing. The vehicle air-conditioning device includes a compressor which compresses a refrigerant, a radiator disposed in an air flow passage to let the refrigerant radiate heat, a heat absorber which lets the refrigerant absorb heat, and an indoor blower which blows the air through the air flow passage. The vehicle interior is heated by heat radiated from the radiator. The vehicle air-conditioning device includes a heating medium-air heat exchanger of a heating medium circulating circuit disposed in the air flow passage to heat air supplied to the vehicle interior. On a basis of an outdoor air temperature, the timing to start the compressor, the indoor blower and the heating medium circulating circuit is controlled.

摘要: In an air-conditioning apparatus of a so-called heat pump system, wasteful power consumption to be generated when an auxiliary heating means is disposed on an air upstream side of a radiator is decreased, and comfortable heating of a vehicle interior is also achieved. The air-conditioning apparatus includes an electric heater 57 disposed on an upstream side of air flowing through an air flow passage 3 to a radiator 4, and a controller executes a cooperative operation of heating air to be supplied to the vehicle interior by the electric heater 57 and the radiator 4, and stops a compressor 2 on the basis of establishment of a condition that an inlet refrigerant temperature Tcxin of the radiator is lower than an outlet refrigerant temperature TCI of the radiator (Tcxin

摘要: A refrigeration cycle device includes a pre-evaporator decompression unit that decompresses refrigerant which flowed out from an exterior heat exchanger, and an evaporator passage that guides the refrigerant which flowed out from the exterior heat exchanger to a suction port of a compressor while passing through a pre-evaporator decompression unit and an evaporator. Further, the refrigeration cycle device includes a bypass passage that guides the refrigerant which flowed out from the exterior heat exchanger to the suction port of the compressor while bypassing the pre-evaporator decompression unit and the evaporator, a pre-exterior device switching unit, and a passage switching unit that opens and closes the bypass passage. Further, the pre-exterior device switching unit and the passage switching unit form a coupled valve where the pre-exterior device switching unit and the passage switching unit are mechanically coupled.

摘要: Heat pump type air conditioner for a vehicle in which a noise generated in opening an opening/closing valve (a solenoid valve) during changing of an operation mode is eliminated or reduced. The air conditioner has a dehumidifying and heating mode to let a refrigerant radiate heat in a radiator 4, decompress the refrigerant, and let the refrigerant absorb heat in heat absorber 9 and outdoor heat exchanger 7, and a cooling mode to let the refrigerant radiate heat in the outdoor heat exchanger, decompress the refrigerant, and let the refrigerant absorb heat in the heat absorber. Solenoid valve 21 and solenoid valve 22 opened in the dehumidifying and heating mode. When changing an operation mode from the cooling mode to the dehumidifying and heating mode, a difference between a pressure before each solenoid valve and a pressure after the valve is reduced, and then these valves are opened.

摘要: A refrigeration cycle device includes a charged-amount determination unit that executes a charged-amount determination to determine whether the refrigeration cycle device is in a refrigerant shortage state or not, a compressor control unit that controls a compressor, and a decompression control unit that controls a throttle opening degree of a decompression device. The charged-amount determination unit determines that the refrigeration cycle device is in the refrigerant shortage state when a heat dissipation capacity of a radiator shows a tendency to decrease in a case where the decompression control unit decreases a throttle opening degree of the decompression device while the compressor control unit operates the compressor.
