摘要: A thermal management system includes a circulation channel that connects a motor cooler, outside air heat exchanger, and a heater, a switching valve, and a controller. In a heating mode of operating the heater, the controller sets the switching valve in the first valve position when the motor temperature is lower than a motor temperature threshold value, and sets the switching valve in the second valve position when the motor temperature is higher than the motor temperature threshold value. When a load or a load predicted value of the motor exceeds a load threshold value, the controller holds the switching valve in the second valve position during a predetermined holding time.

摘要: A heat management system disclosed herein is used for an electric vehicle. The heat management system may include an oil cooler, an oil pump, a converter cooler, a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger, a first channel, a second channel, a channel valve, a bypass channel, and a controller. The channel valve may be configured to select a first valve position and a second valve position. The bypass channel may be configured to allow the first heat medium to bypass the first heat exchanger and circulate between the oil cooler and the converter cooler when the second valve position is selected. The controller may be configured to control the channel valve such that the channel valve selects the first valve position and activate the oil pump in response to the temperature of the first heat medium in the first channel becoming higher than a predetermined upper limit temperature.

摘要: In a thermal management system for a battery electric vehicle, a controller is configured to, in a heating mode, control a switching valve to select a first valve position when a power supply temperature is higher than a predetermined power supply temperature threshold, and control the switching valve to select a second valve position when the power supply temperature is equal to or lower than the power supply temperature threshold. The controller is configured to switch the switching valve from the first valve position to the second valve position regardless of the power supply temperature, when a temperature of a heat medium that has passed through a power supply cooler is lower than an outside air temperature by a predetermined margin temperature difference or more while the switching valve is in the first valve position.

摘要: A thermal management device includes a first thermal circuit, a second thermal circuit, and a control unit. The first thermal circuit includes a first radiator and a battery. The second thermal circuit includes a heater, a temperature sensor, a first path, a second radiator, a second path, a heating appliance, and a flow rate adjusting unit. When a battery heating request and an air heating request are made, the control unit heats a second thermal transfer medium, and divides the flow of the second thermal transfer medium to the first and second paths. When a deficiency value of measured temperature with respect to a target temperature of the second thermal transfer medium is greater than a first threshold value in flow dividing processing, a second flow dividing proportion of the second path is set to be greater than a first flow dividing proportion of the first path.

摘要: A battery cooling system includes: a battery cooling circuit in which a heating medium that cools a battery circulates and include a cooler path and a battery path; a cooler that cools the heating medium; the battery; a combined cooling circuit; a switching valve configured to selectively allow and cut off communication between at least two paths selected from the cooler path, the battery path, and the combined cooling circuit; a heating medium temperature sensor that detects a temperature of the heating medium; an environment temperature sensor that detects a temperature of the environment; a battery temperature sensor that acquires a temperature of the battery; and a control device. The control device determines whether there is an abnormality in the switching valve based on the heating medium temperature and a threshold temperature that is associated with a maximum temperature out of the environment temperature and the battery temperature.
