    摘要: A heat management device may include: a heat circuit comprising a heat exchanger passage, a radiator passage communicating with the heat exchanger passage, and a battery passage communicating with the heat exchanger passage by bypassing the radiator passage; a heat exchanger cooling heat medium by heat exchange; a radiator exchanging heat between outside air and the heat medium in the radiator passage; a control valve changing a channel of the heat medium in the heat circuit; a pump pumping out the heat medium in the heat circuit from the heat exchanger passage to the battery passage and from the heat exchanger passage to the radiator passage; and a controller. The controller may execute: a heating operation for heating the heat medium in the battery passage by a battery; and a circulation operation for cooling the heat medium in the radiator passage by the radiator.

    摘要: A thermal management system includes a circulation channel that connects a motor cooler, outside air heat exchanger, and a heater, a switching valve, and a controller. In a heating mode of operating the heater, the controller sets the switching valve in the first valve position when the motor temperature is lower than a motor temperature threshold value, and sets the switching valve in the second valve position when the motor temperature is higher than the motor temperature threshold value. When a load or a load predicted value of the motor exceeds a load threshold value, the controller holds the switching valve in the second valve position during a predetermined holding time.

    摘要: The disclosure herein provides a heat management system for a vehicle, comprising: a first heat circuit in which first heat medium flows; a second heat circuit in which second heat medium flows; and a main heat exchanger configured to transfer heat from the second heat medium to the first heat medium. The first heat circuit comprises: a compressor; a cabin heater; a first air heat exchanger; an evaporator; a first bypass channel configured to allow the first heat medium to bypass the main heat exchanger; and a first switching valve by which one of the main heat exchanger and the evaporator is selected as a flow destination of the first heat medium flowing out from the first air heat exchanger. A single heat circuit (the first heat circuit) can achieve both heating and cooling of the air in the cabin.

The heat management system may include an oil cooler, an oil pump, a converter cooler, a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger, a first channel, a second channel, a channel valve, a bypass channel, and a controller. The channel valve may be configured to select a first valve position and a second valve position. The bypass channel may be configured to allow the first heat medium to bypass the first heat exchanger and circulate between the oil cooler and the converter cooler when the second valve position is selected. The controller may be configured to control the channel valve such that the channel valve selects the first valve position and activate the oil pump in response to the temperature of the first heat medium in the first channel becoming higher than a predetermined upper limit temperature.

    摘要: A thermal management system includes a first cooler that cools a first heat source, a first circulation path that connects the first cooler and a first pump, a second cooler that cools a second heat source, a second circulation path that connects the second cooler and a second pump, a changeover valve, and a controller. The changeover valve is switchable between first and second valve positions. The first and second circulation paths are separated from each other when the changeover valve is in the first valve position. The controller causes both the first and second pumps to operate when the temperature difference between refrigerants in the first and second circulation paths is more than a predetermined temperature difference threshold when the changeover valve is set to the first valve position and one of the first and second pumps is operating and the other is not operating.
