摘要: A method for maintaining focus of an optical system on a target surface is provided. The method includes directing at least one beam of light through an objective lens to a sample, wherein the at least one beam of light is associated with at least two effective numerical apertures and receiving at least one reflected beam at the objective lens. The at least one reflected beam is associated with the at least two effective numerical apertures. The method also includes determining at least one image based on the at least one reflected beam, determining a baseline of a feature for each of the one or more objects, and when the feature differs from the baseline, adjusting a working distance between the objective lens and the sample.

摘要: For analyzing a sample containing particles of at least two categories, such as a sample containing blood cells, a particle counter subject to a detection limit is coupled with an analyzer capable of discerning particle number ratios, such as a visual analyzer, and a processor. A first category of particles can be present beyond detection range limits while a second category of particles is present within respective detection range limits. The concentration of the second category of particles is determined by the particle counter. A ratio of counts of the first category to the second category is determined on the analyzer. The concentration of particles in the first category is calculated on the processor based on the ratio and the count or concentration of particles in the second category.

摘要: A lens control unit as a control device includes a second position profile generator that generates a second target position profile indicating a target position of a second focus lens unit of a lens apparatus in driving the second focus lens unit. A trajectory shift amount calculator of the lens control unit calculates a shift between an ideal position of the second focus lens unit corresponding to a position of the first focus lens unit and a position of the second focus lens unit in the second target position profile. A correction value calculator corrects the target position of the second focus lens unit based on this shift.

摘要: A camera module may comprise: a printed circuit board on which an image sensor is mounted; a holder member disposed above the printed circuit board and having a plurality of magnets installed thereon; a bobbin installed on the inside of the holder member to be capable of moving along an optical axis, and having a coil unit installed on the outer peripheral surface thereof to be capable of electrically interacting with the magnets; a plurality of receptacles formed in the peripheral surface of the bobbin to form spaces that are separated from the coil unit; and a cover member having a plurality of integrally formed inner yokes, which are formed at positions corresponding to the plurality of receptacles and have the surface on one side thereof separated a certain distance from the coil unit and the surface on the other side thereof separated a certain distance from the bobbin.
