摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide an industrial and economical process for preparing (E2,Z6)-2,6-nonadienal of the following formula (4): The present invention provides a process for preparing (E2,Z6)-2,6-nonadienal (4), comprising at least steps of: subjecting (Z3,Z6)-3,6-nonadien-1-ol of the following formula (1): to oxidation with a sulfoxide compound of the following formula (2): CH3(R1)S═O (2) in which R1 represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group having from 1 to 12 carbon atoms, in the presence of a sulfur trioxide complex and an amine compound of the following formula (3): N(R2)(R3)(R4) (3) in which R2, R3, and R4 each independently represent a monovalent hydrocarbon group having from 1 to 12 carbon atoms, or R3 and R4 may be bonded to each other to form a divalent hydrocarbon group having from 3 to 12 carbon atoms, R3-R4, to form the aforesaid (E2,Z6)-2,6-nonadienal (4).

摘要: The present invention relates to a process for preparing 3-methyl-2-butenol (prenol) and 3-methyl-2-butenal (prenal) from 3-methyl-3-butenol (isoprenol), in which 3-methyl-3-butenol is subjected to a catalytic isomerization over a carbon-supported Pd catalyst in the presence of a gas mixture comprising 1% to 15% by volume of oxygen to obtain a first product mixture, and the first product mixture is subjected to an oxidative dehydrogenation over a Pd catalyst comprising SiO2 and/or Al2O3 as support material, or over a carbon-supported Pd/Au catalyst in the presence of a gas mixture comprising 5% to 25% by volume of oxygen.

摘要: The production of 2-propylheptanol described here is effected via Rh-catalyzed hydroformylation of C4-olefin to afford C5-aldehyde, aldol condensation to afford the C10-aldehyde and hydrogenation to afford the C10-alcohol. The emphasis is on the hydroformylation and the ligand employed therein. The problem addressed by the invention is that of reducing the costs of 2PH production. This problem is solved when a cheaper catalyst system which simultaneously achieves a better regioselectivity is employed in the hydroformylation. This catalyst system contains rhodium as the central atom and is complexed with the ligand (1):
