The method enables the operating party (a Value added service provider) in partnership with the mobile operator to collect these revenues on behalf of and to share this revenue with, the called subscriber.

摘要： A home network may track data usage in real time by a wireless mobile communication device while roaming in a GSM network that is separate from the home network. A Home Location Register (HLR) may receive location information indicative of the location of the wireless mobile communication device in the GSM network. An Online Charging System (OCS) may receive the location information directly or indirectly from the Home Location Register. The Online Charging System may use this location information to determine data rates and cutoff limits which are consistent with subscriber plans and are based on the location of the mobile communication device. This information may be communicated to roaming subscribers in real time and/or used to cut off data communication.

Based on the result of subjecting the content to the spam filter, the anti-spam engine may forward the content to the intended client application and/or a network destination, and/or may generate a spam log. The anti-spam module may be further operable to forward the spam log to another device, such as a user manager device, operable to analyze the log and generate a report which may be viewable by an operator.

A mobile routing server receives a request for a mobile device to access web content associated with a content provider. The mobile routing server determines whether the request is associated with a provider-charged gateway. If the request is associated with the provider-charged gateway, the mobile routing server provides access to the web content via the provider-charged gateway and signals a billing server to charge an account associated with the content provider for data charges associated with the access to the web content. If the request is not associated with the provider-charged gateway, the mobile routing server provides access to the web content via a regular Internet gateway and signals the billing server to charge an account associated with the mobile device for the data charges associated with the access to the web content.
