    摘要: Embodiments of this application provide a roaming charging method, applied to the field of local breakout roaming charging. The method includes: A charging trigger device of a visited network receives a creation request of a data connection session, determines that a user of the data connection session is a roaming user, and sends a first charging resource creation request to a roaming charging system of the visited network, receives a first charging resource creation response message, sends a second charging resource creation request to a charging function of a home network of the roaming user, and receives a second charging resource creation response message. Then, the charging trigger device of the visited network sends a first charging request to the roaming charging system of the visited network and sends a second charging request to a roaming charging system of the home network. This method can implement local breakout roaming charging.

The MME in one example includes an interface configured to receive a roaming request of the roaming WCD and a processing system coupled to the interface. The processing system is configured to obtain a home CQI of the roaming WCD, compare the home CQI to a contract-stipulated CQI for the roaming WCD, and use the contract-stipulated CQI for the roaming WCD if the home CQI differs from the contract-stipulated CQI.

    摘要: A method for providing local cordless service comprises the steps of receiving subscriber neighborhood zone selection input so that a mobile telephone equipped subscriber may place or receive calls for a fixed rate, for example, per month without having to pay radio frequency air time charges any time they are located within their selected subscribed-to zones. If the subscribed-to zones are adjacent to one another and the mobile subscriber roans from one zone to another, the subscriber may continue their fee call uninterrupted and without paying air time charges. However, when the subscriber roans outside their subscribed-to zones they may be switched from the present local cordless services t conventional personal communications services and pay air time charges.     摘要: A first device may receive an indication that a multimedia message service (MMS message) message has been sent from a first user device to a second user device; obtain, from a second device, the roaming status of the first user device at a time that the MMS message was sent by the first user device; generate a call details record (CDR) indicating the obtained roaming status of the first user device at the time the MMS message was sent by the first user device; and store or output the CDR to a billing system that charges an account, associated with the first user device, for sent MMS message. An amount charged by the billing system may be based on the roaming status of the first user device at the time at which MMS message are sent by the first user device.
