摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method of charging packets in a mobile network using a combined packet gateway (PGW) and serving gateway (SGW) which includes receiving a data packet; determining at least one of a rating group and a service rule associated with the data packet; and determining a state of a user device associated with the data packet. When the determined state of the user device comprises a connected state, the method includes charging the data packet, including updating an amount of credit in an account associated with the user device based on the at least one of the rating group and the service rule, and sending the data packet to an enodeB. When the determined state of the user device comprises an idle state, the method includes preventing delivery of the data packet to the enodeB such that the data packet is not charged.

摘要: Examples of a traffic statistics collection method and an electronic device are described. In one example, a first SIM card is disposed in a first electronic device, and the first SIM card is associated with a first phone number. In such an example, a method includes: displaying a first interface, where a first control is displayed in the first interface, the first control corresponds to a second SIM card associated with the first phone number, and the second SIM card is disposed in a second electronic device; and detecting a selection operation performed on the first control, and displaying a second interface, where mobile traffic information corresponding to the second SIM card is displayed in the second interface.

摘要: Dimensioning a policy and charging rules function (PCRF) of a communication system comprises: determining a number of processing nodes of the PCRF at a time; determining a first transaction parameter indicating a number of transactions per second exchanged by the nodes at the time; determining a load parameter indicating processing load of the nodes at the time; based on the first transaction parameter, the load parameter, the number of nodes, and allowable processing load that the nodes are set, determining a second transaction parameter indicating a number of transactions per second expected for exchange at the time by the nodes set at the allowable processing load; forecasting the first and second transaction parameters for a following time thereby obtaining forecasted first and second transaction parameters; and determining a number of nodes required at the following time according to the forecasted first and second transaction parameters.

摘要: A method and a radio network node, a method and a core network node as well as a method and a charging node for enabling management of a traffic steering policy are disclosed. The radio network node receives, from the core network node, an indication of the traffic steering policy indicating one or more access resources and at least one of a PDN connection, a packet flow and a bearer to use on the one or more access resources. Furthermore, the radio network node determines to steer traffic. radio network node transmits access information to the core network node. The access information indicates a currently used access resource for the PDN connection, the packet flow or the bearer. The core network node transmits the access information. The charging node determines an amount of traffic for the PDN connection, packet flow or bearer on the currently used access resource.

摘要: Techniques for managing a plurality of mobile communications devices by an enterprise server are described. The mobile communications devices may be configured to communicate on a mobile communications network operated by a mobile network operator. A communicative link is established with a proxy interface configured to implement a standardized interface for exchanging information between the enterprise and the mobile network operator. Data is received by the enterprise server via the proxy interface. The data is associated with subscription services for a plurality of mobile communications devices that are operable on the mobile communications network. The subscription services are associated with the mobile network operator. Requests are sent by the enterprise server via the proxy interface. The requests are for updating the subscription services of the mobile network operator.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention relate to a charging method and device. The method includes: obtaining, by a radio access device located in an access network, first information, where the first information includes or is used to indicate a type of service data borne on a radio interface of the radio access device and a type of the radio interface; and sending, by the radio access device, the first information to a charging network element located in a core network, so that the charging network element performs charging by using the first information. The method provided in the embodiments of the present invention can implement service data charging without requiring a wireless local area network access gateway, thereby simplifying a communication process between network elements and reducing management costs of a network.
