The portal can be a consumer dashboard configured to receive consumer input or selections. A business dashboard can be operably linked to the consumer dashboard. A consumer profile can be customized by the consumer. The consumer can schedule an appointment with the home repair business, electrically sign documents, and research information of a scheduled home repair technician through the portal.

Embodiments herein describe apparatuses, systems, and methods for signaling to support downlink coordinated multipoint (CoMP) communications with a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication network. In embodiments, the UE may be configured with a plurality of channel state information (CSI) processes (e.g., via radio resource control (RRC) signaling) to use for providing CSI feedback to an evolved Node B (eNB) to support downlink CoMP communications. The UE may be configured with a plurality of sets of CSI processes. The UE may further receive a downlink control information (DCI) message from the eNB that indicates one of the configured sets of CSI processes on which the UE is to provide CSI feedback to the UE. The UE may generate the CSI feedback for the indicated set of CSI processes, and transmit the CSI feedback to the eNB in a CSI report.

In some examples, various guidelines and potential collisions discovered herein, for various scenarios, inform approaches to incorporating the PSS and/or the SSS based on the positioning of the PSS and/or the SSS. In other examples, other signals, such as DeModulation Reference Symbols (DMRS) are reconfigured to allow incorporation of the PSS and the SSS.

Examples are disclosed for delivering, at user equipment (UE) such as a wireless device, emergency payloads for non-voice emergency services (NOVES). The examples include receiving, at a UE, an emergency payload associated with a NOVES that may include an emergency indicator, a voice message, a video or a text message. An attempt may be made to deliver the emergency payload to a public service answering point (PSAP) and if the attempt is not successful, the emergency payload may be stored at the UE. A number of reattempts may be made to deliver the emergency payload to the PSAP if the attempt is not successful. Based on an acknowledgement of delivery of the emergency payload to the PSAP or aborting reattempts to deliver the emergency payload, the stored emergency payload may be removed from the UE. In some embodiments, a UE adaptively selects handover initiation parameters based, at least in part, on a velocity of the UE. The UE may determine an RSRQ of a serving cell and an RSRQ of a target cell and may transmit a measurement report to a serving eNB for handover from the serving cell to the target cell when the target cell RSRQ exceeds the serving cell RSRQ in accordance with the selected handover initiation parameters. In some of these embodiments, the handover initiation parameters may include an offset value, such as an A3offset value, and a time-to-trigger (TTT) that comprise an A3offset-TTT pair.
