摘要: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to emergency evacuation. An emergency can be detected at an emergency location. A type of the emergency can be determined. Prospective safe locations proximate to the emergency location can be identified. A safety rating of each prospective safe location can be determined based on the type of emergency. A number of at-risk individuals at the emergency location can be determined. A subset of drop-off locations of the prospective safe locations that have a safety rating that satisfies a safety threshold can be selected, the subset of drop-off locations satisfying a size limit required for the number of at-risk individuals. A set of autonomous vehicles required for the number of at-risk individuals can then be determined. The set of autonomous vehicles can be deployed to the emergency location.

摘要: A method and apparatus for performing multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS) minimization of drive test (MDT) in a wireless communication system is provided. Upon receiving a MBMS-MDT configuration from a network, a user equipment (UE) selects a subset of multicast broadcast single frequency network (MBSFN) areas among multiple MBSFN areas providing interested MBMS services, and performs MBMS-MDT only for the selected subset of MBSFN areas. The subset of MBSFN areas may be selected based on priorities of the multiple MBSFN areas.

The driving support information generation device of the present invention includes a processor to execute a program; and a memory to store the program which, when executed by the processor, performs processes of collecting vehicle information including traveling locus information indicating a traveling locus of at least one vehicle which travels a predetermined road section and generating cautionary information which is information to require a driver of the at least one vehicle to exercise caution when the at least one vehicle travels the section, on the basis of the collected vehicle information. The cautionary information is generated on the basis of variation in traveling of the vehicle.

摘要: An emergency service provision platform may be provided. The platform may be integrated into existing transportation service provision platforms. The platform may be configured to receive pick-up and destination location and track a passenger's route from the pick-up location to the destination. The platform may provide the passenger with an emergency notification button. Upon selection of the emergency notification button, the platform may communicate and alert comprising passenger and driver information to emergency contacts, infrastructure, and personnel. In some embodiments, the alert may be issued upon a detection of deviation from a route between the pick-up location and the destination. The emergency contacts, infrastructure, and personnel that receive the alert may be pre-set or determined dynamically based on the passenger's location at the time of the alert issuance. Furthermore, while the passenger is en route to the destination, the platform may provide the passenger with destination specific information.

摘要: Techniques to support emergency voice-over-Internet Protocol (VoIP) calls are described. The techniques may be used for various 3GPP and 3GPP2 networks, various location architectures, and various types of User Equipment (UE). A UE communicates with a visited network to send a request to establish an emergency VoIP call. The UE interacts with a location server instructed by the visited network to obtain a first position estimate for the UE. The UE performs call setup via the visited network to establish the emergency VoIP call with a PSAP, which may be selected based on the first position estimate. The UE may thereafter perform positioning with the location server to obtain an updated position estimate for the UE, e.g., if requested by the PSAP.

摘要: A lone worker system for performing a safety check is provided. The lone worker system includes a mobile device. The mobile device includes a sensor and a memory storing a safety check application thereon and a processor. The processor is coupled to the memory and executes the safety check application under a motion mode including an active tracking of a fall motion event by the sensor. In response to the fall motion event being detected during the active tracking, the processor operates a count utilizing a timer of the safety check application. If the count exceeds a predetermined amount of time, the safety check application enters an emergency mode to execute an emergency alert.
