    摘要: The disclosure relates to a relay, a battery distribution box and a battery pack. The relay includes a relay body and a buffer assembly. The relay body includes a housing and a stationary contact, a movable contact and a coil assembly located inside the housing. The coil assembly is abler to drive the movable contact to move toward or away from the stationary contact to make the movable contact to contact or disconnect from the stationary contact. The housing is fixed through the base, the buffer assembly is mounted on the base, and/or is mounted on the outside of the housing, and configured to buffer the force generated by the action of the movable contact.

    摘要: A stationary core is in an exciting coil. A yoke covers an outer periphery and an axial end of the exciting coil to form a magnetic circuit and has an opening portion. The movable core faces the stationary core through the opening portion and is attracted toward the stationary core on energization of the exciting coil. A return spring urges the movable core against the attraction direction. A first gap is formed between the stationary core and the movable core on deenergization of the exciting coil. A second gap is formed between the yoke and the movable core on deenergization of the exciting coil. The second gap allows the yoke and the movable core to generate an attractive force therebetween on energization of the exciting coil. The return spring is made of a magnetic material to magnetically bridge the first gap or the second gap.

    摘要: An electromagnet device has a spool having a guard portion at at least one end thereof, a coil wound around a body portion of the spool, and a coil terminal press-fitted in the guard portion. A lead wire of the coil is tied up to a tying-up portion of the coil terminal projected from the guard portion. The tying-up portion is folded toward the guard portion of the spool after the lead wire of the coil is tied up to the tying-up portion of the coil terminal extending in a direction receding from the spool.

    摘要: An improved bi-stable electrical solenoid switch comprising a solenoid being wound with coil windings. The solenoid having a central aperture defined therein, and the coil windings, which when engaged by a power source, generates a magnetic field. A magnetic coupling member mounted on the solenoid. A plunger partially disposed in the central aperture for movement into and out of the central aperture. A conductive plate coupled to the plunger and provided with contacts on each end of the conductive plate. The conductive plate configured to electrically engage and disengage the solenoid upon respective application of power to the solenoid. The magnetic coupling member configured to reduce the force needed by the solenoid to remain in an open position when selectively energized for moving and retaining the conductive plate of the plunger against the solenoid for allowing wide operating voltage and reduced operating power.
