摘要: An interrupter system includes a first coil and an interrupter electrically connected to the first coil. The interrupter includes: a first terminal; a second terminal electrically connected to the first terminal; a third terminal electrically separated from the first terminal and the second terminal; a heat generating element electrically connected to the third terminal; and an explosive configured to be ignited by the heat generating element to produce a gas for interrupting an electrical connection between the first terminal and the second terminal. The first coil is electrically connected to the heat generating element via the third terminal. Moreover, the first coil is configured to, when an abnormal current flows between the first terminal and the second terminal, generate an electric power for igniting the explosive from the abnormal current.

摘要: A keyswitch structure includes a base, a keycap, a frame disposed between the base and the keycap for providing a supporting and moving mechanism to the keycap, and another frame interacting with the former frame through a magnetic attraction force. When the keycap is not pressed, the magnetic attraction force drives the two frames to stably stand on the base and form a stable supporting structure, so that the keycap is located at a farther position relative to the base. When the keycap is pressed with an external force to move toward the base, the magnetic attraction force is overcome so that the two frames depart from each other; that is, the above stable supporting structure is temporarily destroyed. Once the external force applied to the keycap is eliminated, the two frames will form the stable supporting structure again due to the magnetic attraction force.

In response to a first magnetic force between the first and third magnetic elements and a second magnetic force between the second and third magnetic elements, the keycap is protruded out of the opening.

摘要: A low-profile electrical contactor is provided comprising at least one electrical contact switch, an actuation means and a current determining device. The or each electrical contact switch has first and second electrical terminals, an electrically-conductive busbar in electrical communication with the first electrical terminal, the busbar having two end faces between which a current can flow in a flow direction and at least two flat sides in parallel with the flow direction, at least one fixed electrical contact which is attached to the busbar, an electrically-conductive moveable arm in electrical communication with the second electrical terminal, and at least one moveable electrical contact which is attached to the electrically-conductive moveable arm to form an electrical contact set with the fixed electrical contact. The actuation means can actuate the electrically-conductive moveable arm of the or each electrical contact switch between open and closed conditions. The current determining device has a first field-modifying element formed of a magnetic material located at or adjacent to the first end face of the busbar, a second field-modifying element formed of a magnetic material and located at or adjacent to the second end face of the busbar, at least one sensing coil at or adjacent to the busbar and the first and second field-modifying elements, and having a coil axis between planes of the first and second flat sides. An electromagnetic field induced by the current flowing in the busbar is modified by the first and second field-modifying elements to extend more or substantially more in parallel with the coil axis of the sensing coil.

摘要: An electrical contactor has a first terminal having a fixed member with at least one fixed electrical contact, a second terminal, and a busbar connected to the second terminal. Two conductive movable arms are connected to the busbar and have a contact thereon. One arm is biased-closed to contact the fixed electrical contact in the absence of a separating force, and the other arm is biased-open to be spaced away from the fixed electrical contact in the absence of a closing force. The first and second movable arms and the busbar are arranged so that, when the contacts close, contra-flowing current urges the movable arms towards the fixed member to increase a force between the contacts.

摘要: The electromagnetic contactor includes a contact mechanism including a pair of fixed contacts disposed to maintain a predetermined interval and a movable contact disposed so as to connect to and separate from the pair of fixed contacts, and an electromagnet unit that drives the movable contact. The electromagnet unit includes a magnetic yoke enclosing a plunger drive portion, a movable plunger, a leading end thereof protruding through an aperture formed in the magnetic yoke and a peripheral flange portion being formed on a protruding end side, movement regulating portions that regulate movement of the peripheral flange portion of the movable plunger in an engaged position and released position of the contact mechanism, and a contact noise suppression member that suppresses contact noise when the peripheral flange portion of the movable plunger contacts the movement regulating portions.

The device includes an at least partially flexible conductor element for electrical connection of the moving contact connecting bolt to a connection of the switching unit and at least one first branch and a second branch. The branches are arranged for reciprocal current flow to generate an electromagnetic force. The invention the second branch is guided along and retained on a support plate firmly connected to the moving contact connecting bolt such that an electromagnetic force occurring in a short-circuit is introduceable between the first branch and the second branch for increasing a contact pressure exerted by a contact pressure spring in the moving contact connecting bolt, the support plate being slidably movable in the housing of the switching unit.
