摘要: An electrical contactor that includes separable contacts that include a first pair of mating contacts and a second pair of mating contacts. The electrical contactor also includes a first portion that includes the first pair of mating contacts and a solenoid plunger that is configured to receive a plunger rod; The electrical contactor additionally includes a second portion that includes the second pair of mating contacts. The plunger rod is configured to be inserted within the solenoid plunger and rotated towards the second portion to be threaded into the second portion to enable the second portion to be pulled up towards the first portion. The second pair of mating contacts are configured to move closer to the first pair of mating contacts until the second pair of mating contacts mate with the first pair of mating contacts to increase a wear allowance to a predetermined desired level.

摘要: A starter for an internal combustion engine includes an electric motor and a solenoid switch. The solenoid switch includes a housing, a fixed core, a movable core, two spaced contacts, and a conductive member arranged to interconnect the contacts when the solenoid is turned on. The movable core is connected to a pinion of the motor which is movable to engage with a flywheel of the engine. The fixed core includes a pull-in coil of aluminum wire, a holding coil of copper wire, and a magnetic core. The motor is connected in series with the pull-in coil. When the solenoid is energized, the coils generate a magnetic field that attracts the movable core to the magnetic core, thereby the moving the pinion into engagement with the flywheel and causing the conductive member to interconnect the contacts.

摘要: A relay includes: a fixed terminal on which a fixed contact is provided; a movable terminal on which a movable contact is provided; a cam that has an elliptical circumference shape, and is rotatable while a portion of the circumference shape is contacting a surface of the movable terminal; and a driving unit that rotates the cam so that respective portions located at one ends of a major axis and a minor axis of the elliptical circumference shape alternately contact the surface of the movable terminal; wherein when the portion located at one end of the major axis of the elliptical circumference shape of the cam contacts the surface of the movable terminal, the movable terminal is deformed elastically so that the movable contact contacts the fixed contact.

摘要: The electromagnetic contactor includes a contact mechanism including a pair of fixed contacts disposed to maintain a predetermined interval and a movable contact disposed so as to connect to and separate from the pair of fixed contacts, and an electromagnet unit that drives the movable contact. The electromagnet unit includes a magnetic yoke enclosing a plunger drive portion, a movable plunger, a leading end thereof protruding through an aperture formed in the magnetic yoke and a peripheral flange portion being formed on a protruding end side, movement regulating portions that regulate movement of the peripheral flange portion of the movable plunger in an engaged position and released position of the contact mechanism, and a contact noise suppression member that suppresses contact noise when the peripheral flange portion of the movable plunger contacts the movement regulating portions.

摘要: A relay includes a contact point block having a support shaft with both ends spanning a contact point base, a plunger having a movable contact at a lower end thereof, and a movable iron piece configured to drive the plunger and to have a plate spring. The relay also includes an electromagnetic unit and a base block having a fixed contact point at a position opposite to the movable contact point. The movable iron piece is supported on the supporting shaft. The plunger is inserted through an operation hole of the contact point base. Upper and lower surfaces of the contact point block are held by the electromagnetic unit and the base block. The electromagnetic unit directly fixes the iron core to an upper surface of the contact point base.

摘要: An electromagnetic relay has an overtravel adjustment to set the gap in the contact arrangement. The armature is actuated by a relay coil and linked to a pusher to drive the pusher to operate the contact system. The pusher includes a rotary dial disposed in a slot on the pusher adjacent to the armature. The rotary adjustment increases or decreases a gap of the contacts to provide an over-travel adjustment. The pusher includes bifurcated tines defining the slot for receiving an armature linkage and the rotary adjustment. The rotary adjustment includes a head and a post depending from the head. The post is disposed within the slot and the head portion in contact with the armature linkage portion. The rotary adjustment sets the distance between the forward edge and the armature to achieve the desired overtravel for the contact arrangement.

摘要: An electromagnetic relay has a solenoid formed from a wound coil, a movable contact-point block having a movable iron core, an insulation holder integrated with the upper end portion of the movable iron core and a movable contact piece which is biased toward and supported by the insulation holder through a contact pressing spring, and a fixed iron core fitted in a through hole in a yoke. A restoring spring is inserted into an axial hole of the solenoid. The movable iron core of the movable contact-point block is slidably inserted into the axial hole of the solenoid from thereabove. The fixed iron core is inserted into the axial hole from therebelow. The movable iron core is adapted to be slid into the axial hole based on the magnetization force and the demagnetization of the coil to move the movable contact-point block back and forth.

The yoke forms in addition a bearing for an armature (9), which forms a working air gap with a pole face (6) of the core and in addition carries a movable contact element (10). In order to maintain a contact follow (a) once it has been established, the core is firmly joined to the coil former (1) by means of holding elements (14) at as short an axial distance from the counter-contact element (12) as possible. The contact follow can be adjusted by displacement between coil former (1) and core (5).
