摘要: Aspects of the present disclosure are directed to, for example, an optical measurement unit for obtaining measurement signals from liquid media which are present in cuvettes lined up next to one another. In one embodiment, the optical measurement unit includes a light-supplying unit for emitting an inlet radiation into the cuvettes, and a detection unit for detecting a measurement radiation exiting from the cuvettes and for converting the measurement radiation into an electrical measurement signal. In such an embodiment, the light-supplying unit has a plurality of LED light sources which emit in a spectrally different manner in the UV/VIS/NIR wavelength range, and wherein the detection unit includes at least one photodiode fixedly assigned to each cuvette of a cuvette array.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for analyzing a blood sample. The method comprises arranging a cuvette comprising a sampling cavity and a sample analysis cavity on a rotatable member. The sampling cavity comprises a blood sample to be analyzed. The method comprises rotating the rotatable member at a first speed in a first rotation cycle for transfer of the blood sample from the sampling cavity to the sample analysis cavity. The method comprises rotating the rotatable member at a second speed in a second rotation cycle after the first rotation cycle for separating blood parts from plasma in the blood sample. The method comprises obtaining, using a photometer, during the second rotation cycle, second absorbance data indicative of absorbance in the plasma. The method comprises determining, based on the second absorbance data, a second blood parameter being a plasma free hemoglobin level of the blood sample. The method comprises providing an output indicative of the second blood parameter.

摘要: A microdevice includes: a microchannel to which a measurement target solution containing a measurement target substance is introduced; an antibody being fixed to at least one sidewall surface of the microchannel and specifically binding to the measurement target substance; a fluorescence-labeled derivative being specifically bound to the antibody and being acquired by fluorescence-labeling the measurement target substance; and a light blocker blocking excitation light exciting fluorescent light radiated by the fluorescence-labeled derivative. The measurement target substance and the fluorescence-labeled derivative specifically bind to the antibody in a competitive manner, and the antibody is fixed to the sidewall surface of the microchannel in a state of specifically binding to the fluorescence-labeled derivative. The light blocker blocks the excitation light entering the fluorescence-labeled derivative specifically binding to the antibody.

The fourth member is configured to act on the ammonia gas.
