摘要: An engine head assembly includes a double-walled fuel connector assembly in an engine head and forming a high-pressure fuel supply passage and a low-pressure fuel return passage. The engine head assembly also includes a fuel injector. A high-pressure fuel inlet path extends between a fuel inlet and spray orifices through an injector body in the fuel injector. A low-pressure cooling fuel outlet path extends between an injection control valve seat in the fuel injector and a cooling fuel outlet in a nozzle case of the fuel injector. Expelled cooling fuel is passed through the low-pressure fuel return passage in the double-walled fuel connector.

摘要: Systems and methods for supplying primary fuel and secondary fuel to an internal combustion engine may include supplying a first amount of the primary fuel and a second amount of the secondary fuel to the internal combustion engine. The system may include a first manifold to provide primary fuel to the internal combustion engine, and a primary valve associated with the first manifold to provide fluid flow between a primary fuel source and the internal combustion engine. A second manifold may provide secondary fuel to the internal combustion engine, and a fuel pump and/or a secondary valve may provide fluid flow between a secondary fuel source and the internal combustion engine. A controller may determine a total power load, the first amount of primary fuel, and the second amount of secondary fuel to supply to the internal combustion engine to meet the total power load.

摘要: A protection member fixed to an engine main body to protect a fuel feeding pipe from coming into contact with an intake part includes a first protrusion protruding in an extending direction of the fuel feeding pipe from the vicinity of a first fastening portion, a second protrusion protruding in the same direction as the protruding direction of the first protrusion from the vicinity of a second fastening portion, and a third protrusion protruding in the longitudinal direction from the second protrusion and brought into contact with the engine main body. Hence, load from the intake part is supported by the first and second protrusions in the vicinity of the high-strength first and second fastening portions, and also the load is surely transmitted not only from the first and second fastening portions, but also from the third protrusion to the engine main body.

摘要: A quick connector device includes: a connector body that has two fluid hose connectors located at two ends and an injector port connector located at a middle bottom section thereof; a locking member that is inserted into and rotatably connected to the injector port connector of the connector body and detachably coupled to the injector port; and an o-ring that is coupled to the injector port connector of the connector body and provides a sealing to the injector port. The connector body includes a support rib and a receiving space that securely maintain the locked state and allow the technician to easily assemble/disassemble the device. The quick connector device allows the technician to determine whether the device is in the locked or unlocked state based on the angular position of the locking member.
