    摘要: A body structure of a vehicle includes a coupling member made of fiber reinforced plastic including fibers impregnated with synthetic resin and a pair of rear fixing members that have a bending rigidity higher than the coupling member and fix both end portions in the longitudinal direction of the coupling member to a vehicle body. Boundary portions between the pair of fixing members and the coupling member are formed in both end portions in the longitudinal direction. A distance between the boundary portions on the rear side is different from that between the boundary portions on the front side that extend along neutral axes defined by the lines of intersection between the neutral plane of bending moments of the coupling member and the lateral cross sections of the coupling member when a bending load is input through the pair of rear fixing members to the coupling member.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a structure of a vehicle body front side member and relates to a technical field of automobile design and manufacture. A vehicle body front side member structure includes a front side member assembly, an upper side beam assembly, a front side member connection plate assembly, an upper side beam front assembly, a front anti-crash beam energy absorption box assembly, and a front anti-crash beam assembly. According to the front side member structure, it is possible to optimize the transmission route of the crash force and effectively improve the capability of the energy absorption of the front end of the vehicle body to reduce the load to the cabin stringer so as to reduce the invasion amount of the front cabin into the passenger cabin or avoid the front cabin from invading into the passenger cabin in order to improve the safety of the driver.

    摘要: A front body structure of a vehicle includes a dash member that extends in a vehicle width direction and separates a vehicle interior from an engine room, a pair of left and right front side frames that extend from left and right end portions of the dash member, and a pair of left and right suspension towers that are fixed to the pair of front side frames and support the upper portions of dampers of a suspension device. A first coupling member couples the dash member to the suspension towers. The first coupling member has a reinforced layer portion made of fiber reinforced plastic in which fibers are impregnated with a synthetic resin material. The fibers of the reinforced layer portion are oriented so that more fibers extend in a longitudinal direction than extend in directions other than the longitudinal direction.

    摘要: A vehicle engine cradle structure includes a front member, a rear assembly and a side member. The front member extends in a vehicle lateral direction and has a first outboard end and a second outboard end. The rear assembly extends in the vehicle lateral direction and has a first outboard area and a second outboard area opposite the first outboard area. The first side member has a first forward end, a first rearward end and a first forward outboard portion all being formed as a single monolithic unitary element. The first forward end is fixedly attached to the first outboard end of the front member. The first rearward end is fixedly attached to the first outboard area of the rear assembly. The first forward outboard portion extends in an outboard direction from the first outboard end of the front member defining an off-center impact area.
