The vapor introduction body (70) includes a within-through-hole support (71) that is inserted into and held in the through hole (23H), and includes a vapor passage (71a) along the through hole (23H), and a changing member (72) that faces an opening of the vapor passage (71a) on a side of the fuel passage (11Pd), and is configured to change a direction of flow of the fuel vapor that passes through the vapor passage (71a) to the side of the fuel passage (71a). The vicinity of the fuel vapor port in the filler neck is configured compactly.

    摘要: A filler pipe is attached to a retainer that holds a fuel nozzle holder. The retainer includes: a first attaching portion attached to an inlet portion of the filler pipe; a holding portion having an engaging hole; and an opening positioned at a first end of the retainer, which is closer to a longitudinal center of the filler pipe than a second end is. The fuel nozzle holder includes: a second attaching portion and including an engaging piece that engages the engaging hole; and a main body extending from the second attaching portion toward the longitudinal center of the filler pipe. The engaging piece is surrounded at three sides by a groove having a U-shape. The engaging piece is connected to the second attaching portion on the main body-side. The holding portion extends toward the longitudinal center of the filler pipe to cover the groove.

    摘要: Components formed of blow molded thermoplastic compositions are described. The blow molded thermoplastic compositions exhibit high strength and flexibility. Methods for forming the thermoplastic compositions are also described. Formation methods include dynamic vulcanization of a composition that includes an impact modifier dispersed throughout a polyarylene sulfide. A crosslinking agent is combined with the other components of the composition following dispersal of the impact modifier. The crosslinking agent reacts with the impact modifier to form crosslinks within and among the polymer chains of the impact modifier. The compositions can exhibit excellent physical characteristics at extreme temperatures and can be used to form, e.g., tubular member such as pipes and hoses and fibers.
