摘要: A closure of a tank of a motor vehicle for closing a filler neck gas- and fluid-tight, having a closure fastened to a flap, the flap being fastened to a vehicle body of the motor vehicle such that it is movable into an open or closed position, the closure including a seal, which causes the closure to close against the filler neck. The tank closure should be easy for a user to handle and have a relatively simple design and be economical to manufacture. This is achieved in that the seal is electromechanically or pneumatically adjustable with the aid of an actuator.

摘要: A filling system on a motor vehicle, having at least two storage tanks for operating materials, comprising a tank closure cover which closes an opening in a body of the motor vehicle and is movable from a first position that closes the opening into a second position that releases the opening, wherein at least two filling openings of the storage tanks are arranged below the tank closure cover, a filler trough that forms an enclosure of the filling opening, wherein the filler trough closes the opening in the body and is fixed to the body; and at least one filler head, wherein the filling openings are formed as a part of the filler head, the filler head defining at least two mouth-hole necks which are combined to form a common component and are integrally connected to each other, each mouth-hole neck forming a filling opening for another storage tank.

摘要: A device is provided to prevent the accidental introduction of an incorrect liquid into a tank, such as the introduction of gasoline into the fuel system of a diesel fuel container. The device discriminates between nozzle diameters, allowing entrance of nozzle diameters at or greater than a predetermined minimum diameter while inhibiting entrance of nozzles having diameters less than the predetermined minimum diameter. A closure mechanism prevents access to a fuel container interior and a releasable locking mechanism responsive to nozzle diameters allows the closure mechanism to open and close to allow access to the fuel container interior.

摘要: A fuel filler structure includes a cylindrical part having a fueling port and a connecting port; a first flap mechanism and a second flap mechanism that are disposed close to the fueling port and the connecting port of the cylindrical part, respectively, and when a nozzle is inserted through the fueling port, the respective flap mechanisms are pressed by the nozzle to open the fueling port and an opening on the connecting port side; a drain hole formed in the cylindrical part and allowing the inside of the cylindrical part to be communicated with the outside; and an opening and closing valve for opening and closing the drain hole. The opening and closing valve includes a valve mechanism that maintains a closed state of the drain hole through negative pressure suction by a volatile fuel suction mechanism attached to the nozzle.

摘要: A misfuelling prevention device for preventing inappropriate fuel from being added to a vehicle utilizes a diameter difference between a gasoline gun and a diesel gun in order to prevent misfuelling. The misfuelling preventing device is constructed such that when the diesel gun having a relatively larger diameter is inserted, a locking button is not pressed while a flapper is opened, whereas when the gasoline gun having a relatively smaller diameter is inserted, the locking button is pressed while the flapper is not opened. As a result, misfuelling of the vehicle with inappropriate fuel is fundamentally prevented.

摘要: A flap valve apparatus includes a main body; a valve body; and a spring member. The main body includes support shafts, and the valve body includes bearing portions. When viewed from the axial direction of the support shaft, the bearing portions has a bearing hole with an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the support shaft; and an introduction groove being in communication with the bearing hole from the seal surface side of the valve body. A width of the introduction groove is smaller than the outer diameter of the support shaft, but is expandable to receive the support shaft. When viewed from the axial direction of the support shaft, an opening portion of the introduction grove is positioned near the axial center of the main body.

摘要: A capless refueling mechanism includes a fill opening side shut-off valve disposed near the fill opening, and a fuel tank side shut-off valve disposed nearer to a fuel tank than the fill opening side shut-off valve. The refueling auxiliary device has a guide pipe section and a funnel section, and pressing of the fill opening side shut-off valve and the fuel tank side shut-off valve via an end of the guide pipe section causes a valve element to be moved away from a seat portion and insertion of a nozzle into the funnel section allows refueling. The outer circumferential surface of the guide pipe section is provided with an enlarged diameter section that regulates a valve opening degree of the valve element of the fuel tank side shut-off valve.
