摘要: A processing apparatus includes a chamber configured to accommodate a substrate to be processed, a nozzle provided in the chamber and configured to supply a processing solution to the substrate, a flow rate measuring part configured to measure a flow rate of the processing solution supplied to the nozzle, a flow path opening/closing part configured to open and close a supply flow path of the processing solution to the nozzle, and a controller configured to output a close signal causing the flow path opening/closing part to perform a closing operation that closes the supply flow path. The controller is configured to detect an operation abnormality of the flow path opening/closing part based on an accumulated amount of the flow rate measured by the flow rate measuring part after outputting the close signal.

摘要: Techniques are described for determining an amount of fuel that is consumed by the body components of a vehicle, based at least partly on sensor data describing the operations of the body components and/or the location of the vehicle. A vehicle is equipped with a body that has any suitable number of body components that perform operations not directly associated with the translational movement of the vehicle from one location to another. Fuel is consumed to provide power (e.g., through power take off) to operate the body components. The vehicle includes sensor device(s) configured to sense the operations of the body components and generate sensor data that describes the operations of the body components. The sensor data is analyzed to determine an amount of fuel that is consumed to power the operations of the body components.

摘要: Aspects of the disclosure are directed to characterizing effective vehicle frontal area. As may be implemented in accordance with one or more embodiments, one or more operating parameters of the vehicle are obtained. Such parameters may be obtained during one or more qualifying periods of time, such as those periods in which an operating parameter or parameters such as speed and/or acceleration are within a range of values. A value that provides an estimate of the vehicle frontal area is then generated based on the one or more operating parameters.

For instance, in one example embodiment, an apparatus may calculate miles traveled by the vehicles along a predefined route and may calculate a fuel usage of the vehicles for traveling along the route to obtain one or more fuel values. The apparatus may also analyze data indicating the miles traveled and the fuel values to determine fuel efficiency values corresponding to the vehicles traveling the route. The apparatus may also determine an estimate of an amount of carbon emissions for each of the vehicles based in part on applying at least one carbon emission value to respective fuel values associated with corresponding determined fuel efficiency values.

摘要: A blood flow disorder detection device includes: a sensor sheet including a flexible substrate and a plurality of sensors provided on the flexible substrate; and an analyzer that analyzes outputs of the plurality of sensors. The plurality of sensors measure different types of blood flow information of a living tissue, the blood flow information being obtained by attaching the sensor sheet to the living tissue. The analyzer detects a blood flow disorder in the living tissue by analyzing the different types of blood flow information from the plurality of sensors.

摘要: An acceleration-based mobile asset data recorder and transmitter equipped with a wireless processing unit, an event recorder, a digital video recorder, a fuel level sensor, and an inertial navigation sensor board. The inertial navigation sensor board includes a 3-axis gyroscope, a 3-axis accelerometer, a 3-axis magnetometer, and a microcontroller. The data recorder and transmitter allows for automatic orientation, automatic compass calibration, fuel compensation with pitch and roll, emergency brake application with impact detection, rough operating condition detection, engine running detection, and inertial navigation of a mobile asset. Users can use the normal operation of their mobile assets to locate and alert, in real-time, areas where their assets are encountering rough operating environments, to provide for quicker emergency response, and to validate the effectiveness of repairs and rerouting.

摘要: There is provided a remote server that receives a machine type, an operating day, a position, a load factor, an engine rotational speed, a traveling speed, and a fuel consumption amount. The remote server identifies a working position based on the position, selects past operating days of an operation status corresponding to a current load factor of the same machine at the same working position, identifies a minimum fuel consumption amount out of fuel consumption amounts corresponding to the selected past operating days, and compares a current fuel consumption amount with the past minimum fuel consumption amount. If the current fuel consumption amount is larger than the past minimum fuel consumption amount, the remote server transmits an engine rotational speed and a traveling speed during a working period of the minimum fuel consumption amount, to a predetermined communication terminal corresponding to information for machine identification.
